Very nice and quiet hotel, perfect location directly at the beach. Live music every night but nothing that's irritating. Lovely food (maybe a bit bland at times but lots of choices). Good opportunity to take public transport to other cities. Several supermarkets close by. Would definitely come again.

Stayed here for 1 week in February 2025.Positives:- Location, location, location. Direct on the promenade and the beach- Great animation offerings and personnel. Jose and Irina did an amazing job. Unexpectedly good shows in the evening given the size of the resort.- Pool area is large and we could always find free loungers - the towel policy helps (and keeps people from "reserving").- Drinks prices fair- Restaurant staff very friendly. Vicy did a great job for us!- Cleaning staff friendly and thorough.- WiFi worked well for us.Areas for improvement:- we were initially assigned the wrong room type, but this was corrected. As we booked direct with the property, it would have been nice to get a preferential higher floor though.- evening buffet seating area gets crowded - if it wouldn't have been possible to eat outside, it would have been difficult to get seating.- evening buffet food choices were average - there were themed nights and a good variety, but no show cooking and standard quality. Drink prices were good though (we had half board)- the ocean front rooms are somewhat small, but well appointed. Bathroom was nice if small.

Room was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. It was a bit small with unnecessary chairs taking up space. The hotel was close to the beach and the lovely promenade.The main downside was the dining room which was always crowded with queues to get a table. Despite changing our dining times we were unable to avoid the crowds. A complaint was made in writing to the Management but nothing was done to alleviate the issue.

Great small hotel right on the sea front of san Agustin playa. Very quiet with lovely staff. Most evenings were not crowded in the dining room. Food was plentiful and the salads were excellent. Entertainment on most evenings. Parking is available for a fee. Lifts arrived promptly too. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Incredibly clean and friendly staff. The only con is the gym equipment. Outdated and rusty. No space to do stretches or mobility exercises. The pool area offers a lot of loungers and space. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Overall had a nice stay, but a lot of cons and the hotel unfortunately doesn’t seem able to help with the problems.To start with the pros: a nice location right on the beach, with a gorgeous boardwalk for walking and running. The ocean was really lovely to swim. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of sunbeds near the pool. The staff were friendly.For the cons: first we didn’t get any sleep, as there was a lot of noise. Our room was on the highway with buses, and one side was a sports club and the other side a lot of bars. Loud music and talking and traffic all day and night. We asked for another room but was told it is impossible. Apparently if you pay more money, they will put you somewhere quieter. Given how much we paid already I was surprised by this.There were also a lot of little things- the “heated” part of the pool is cold (no one was swimming), the gym has no real equipment, the food was not very good (the pizza is literally supermarket quality but the same price as the amazing Neapolitan Italian restaurant next door), bar drinks not too good and overpriced, etc.The hotel also tries to be very frugal- if you want to change your pool towel , have a bathrobe, use a safe in the room, literally everything costs extra. All you get is your room with the very basics.We didn’t get all inclusive but based on the few times we ate at the hotel and the price, as compared to the very good restaurants right next door for fair prices, I’d say not worth it.So, if you get a better price and can have a quieter room and know you won’t have any frills, it is worth it. Eat next door at the great restaurants - especially Italian, Thai, Indian, etc. Otherwise look elsewhere, in my opinion.

Hotel is in quiet area room is clean. We slept well on the firm bed but needed chair to help keep curtain closed to block out light.Pool was cold on first few days then seemed warmer later on. Breakfast buffet is very good and staff are all helpful.Lots of people were inclusive package we realised there is limited choice and quality eating out especially this time of year so might consider this if coming over winter period. Be aware it is windy .

We chose as had good reviews and not a long transfer. It’s outstanding, beautifully decorated for Xmas, it’s immaculately clean. The food in the hotel is great, good value for money. The animation team really good with all guests. Attentive service all round.

What a fantastic slice of paradise!From the moment we checked (Miriam was fantastic) to our final meal the entire hotel staff have been fantastic and friendly.Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team do an excellent job.So many activities to do!!!The hot & cold food is varied with themed nights each week.So close to the beach and listening to the waves to get you off to sleep is magical!!Thank you x

Very comfortable and relaxed stay. Buffet food was above expectations and we were positively surprised by the healthy coaching exercise classes (eg yoga and aqua fit). Quiet location and great to charge the batteries. Only complaint- bed was too hard.

Great location by the beach. San Agustin is quieter than its neighbour, Playa del Ingles and the vibe is more relaxed. We chose B&B as we like to try local restaurants as well. The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Bobbi, the activities lady is great - enthusiastic and energetic and has a real joie de vivre which is infectious. Bed is comfortable and there is the chance to help the environment by cancelling the odd day's towel/laundry which appeals - we don't wash our towels and bedding at home every day, so why should we on holiday? Good selection at breakfast and evening entertainment has been decent. Overall, excellent for a three star and I would recommend.

We loved that the hotel was by the beach and you can just walk straight out onto the sand.We found the all inclusive drinks list to be poor. If you paid for all inclusive you could only drink pre-mixed cocktails that were very weak basically fruit juices. But if you paid for all inclusive premium you could get the same cocktails but made fresh and stronger.You also had to pay extra if you wanted to drink a decent beer. We spent nearly €800 on beers and cocktails just to have a decent drink.The staff were friendly and smiley and the hotel was kept very clean.The hotel room walls were thin. Most mornings we were woken by the room next doors alarm or people talking outside.A friendly hotel in a nice location. But be prepared to spend more than expected even if you’re all inclusive.

“Exceeded Expectations – Highly Recommended”We had an amazing experience here! The food, cocktails, and staff were all fantastic. Cleanliness and upkeep were clearly a priority, which we really appreciated. For a three-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations—especially since we typically stay in four-star or higher accommodations.The surrounding area is quiet but offers plenty of good restaurant choices nearby, all of which were great. The only minor issue was that the sunbeds were a bit uncomfortable, but this didn’t detract from the overall experience.Highly recommended!

No idea how this place can only be 3 stars. It's such a lovely hotel with a lovely service. The food is yummy, a really nice pool area, with one pool heated. Next to the beach with a nice beach bar. We enjoyed our stay.

The room, and hotel was pristine, the staff are very friendly and helpful, everything was taken care of.We were celebrating a birthday whilst here and the staff and management decorated the door to our room and left a card and gift.Extremely thoughtful.The location to the beach is perfect.The pools are very clean and well maintained, poolside entertainment everyday and night.Highly recommended.Terry.

Last Day today. Absolutely lovely complex, spotless, always someone cleaning. Staff are very friendly and can have a bit of banter with.Don’t take any notice of the grumpy folks that give it low ratings!! Only thing is we were all inclusive, the drinks you get are okay, as much as you can get into you lol!! If you pay a bit more PP you get the premium drinks. Food is mostly the same but a lot of verity to have several different meals each night or there are a few places within walking distance to eat. Over all lovely place, we will be back at sometime

My family and I just spent seven days at this hotel(all inclusive). The rooms were okay, a bit dated and small but adequate. Food was okay generally, breakfast was the best meal i think. Drinks at the pool bar in the evening were a bit dissapointing though, watered down cocktails & limited options for all inclusive drinks. Pool wasn't particularly clean, never seen anyone cleaning it while we were there, and the water was a bit murky and unclear in the main pool. Cleaning staff seemed friendly, as did the girls on the reception and in the restaurant, all spoke reasonable levels of english which was a bonus. This would of been a five star review, had it not been for the bad experience on our last day. We've been to many three and four star all inclusive resorts over the years and been pretty happy with most of them. However, on the last day of our holiday we were told to check out of our room by 12.00pm, not a problem, checked out at 10.00am with the plan to spend the day by the pool, as our airport transfer wasn't due until 6.30pm. So, while checking out, the man at the reception insisted we put out our arm out to have our all inclusive band snipped off. I mentioned to him that we don't leave until early evening so how is this fair. He got quite insistent that we let him cut the the band off our wrist before he answered any of our questions. He then said we'd get a voucher for lunch(fair enough)but then went on to say that we were only entitled to drinks at the pool bar until midday. So after that we'd have to buy drinks, AT AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. We were furious at this decision and very unhappy with the way he spoke to us, he basically ruined the last day of our holiday. I get the strong impression that profit came before customer satisfaction at this resort, your holiday only ends when you get on the bus for the airport in my opinion. We won't be returning to this hotel any time soon.Just in reply to hotels response,What you fail to realise when treating people in this way. Most folk, like ourselves have the odd day out & pay for meals elsewhere at other places. So this attitude you seem to have about how many meals people are allowed to have is just NUTS. Never been treated this badly by any other All-Inclusive Hotel!!PEOPLE BEWARE OF ALL INCLUSIVE AT THIS HOTEL CHAIN.

This is perhaps one of the best hotels and places in my opinion. Value for money is 5 out of 5. Of course, who is looking for what on vacation, but I would recommend this hotel. The place is super for all categories of people, those who need an active holiday, those who just want to lie on the beach or near the pool. Everyone will find theirs. The ocean is magnificent. The dark sand is a little confusing, but it's a minor thing. The hotel itself would rate it as 4 stars, although it is advertised as 3 stars. 🌟👍

Amazing experience at this hotel! Had a great stay as a couple in June. The facilities provided were outstanding, clean and looked after. I’d recommend a stay here for great food, location just off the beach and just a generally relaxing beach holiday. Thank you!

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The bedroom is much smaller than what you see in the pictures. No dressing area in the room so you have to find a space to put your makeup, hair tools etc. They don’t provide irons but can use their laundry service. No ventilation in the bathroom so it gets steamy and stays like that for a while. The bath towels were tiny and the beds were very hard. If you want to change your beach towel then you need to pay €1 each towel each time. All inclusive food was mediocre, we ate pizza most of the time. Cocktails were average. Overall not a bad stay just could have been better in terms of what we paid for

We had an amazing stay at Corallium! The staf is very attentive and friendly, the food was very nice (read some bad reviews regarding the food, but it there was a variety of fresh foods vegetables etc). Everything is very well maintained and clean.We had one critic, the mattresses were very hard. But upon our departure we told the reception and apparently you can request a soft matras topper. (Too bad we didn’t mention it earlier).Overal very nice stay, relaxing, clean and friendly personnel! I recommend.

Amazing from start to finish. 4 star quality at 3 star prices. Spotlessly clean. Room, staff, location, and facilities are second to none. Answered a survey after the first night, said the bed was a little hard, there was a topper fitted the same day.Very quiet hotel/area. Bus stop 3 minutes away to the mad parts of the island.1 minute from room to the pools and 1 minute from the pool to the fabulous beach. No steps like most of the other hotels. I could go on all day about how good this hotel is. I will return and I have never said this before. Totally enjoyed my stay here.

We enjoyed coming here however.One man on reception was really rude and had little English speaking skill.Restaurant too small, overcrowded, understaffed and food area too small.Entertainment not very good. Only a couple of acts we really enjoyed.Most of the staff were amazing but some need to be a bit more cheerful!Great location for walking.

Where to start…. The location of this place is simply perfect! The pool area is also lovely to relax when the beach is too hot or windy, with two very nice pools and lots of shade (or sun for those who prefer that). The rooms are clean and modern.What I loved the most though is how nice the staff is - from food (even the cool) to reception, I was very touched by how genuinely friendly and helpful everyone was. The cook even made sure to proactively prepare gluten free breakfast options for me once he knew me.The only con is that for those who are sensitive to noise at night, it can get a bit loud due to the music entertainment in the evening. But with earplugs I didn’t hear a thing!

We stayed for 8 days in Room 116 ,found the hotel,staff and location amazing . Definitely the best hotel we ever stayed in.The amenities were second to none . brilliant, the team laid on daily activities, be it on the beach or pool, we were kept busy ,the food and the nightly entertainment. We stayed in room 218 (standard double) and THROUGHLY enjoyed our stay. For a 3 star hotel it is great value for money! The breakfast was incredible, there isn’t lots of different choice at lunch and dinner but the quality of the food is great. The location was good, loved the beachside bar and especially the sweet hotel cat. Staff were always polite and friendly. Would come back again, thank you for a great holiday!

I really don’t understand the bad reviews! Of course the hotel has its own policies but i found it really cute. It is very clean, stuff is friendly and food was ok. I think some of the younger staff does not speak English very well and that may come across as rude but i thought it really was shyness. The food was also good, every day different protein, vegetables or carbs healthy and not for all the tastes. The only thing i found bad was the alcohol served with the all inclusive. It’s very cheap and low quality. I had all inclusive but ended up choosing to pay for a wine on the list instead because the one they served included with all inclusive was undrinkable. Other than that, i think it was great for a 3 star hotel. It is quite popular amongst the elderly, but hey, that’s what i wanted, some peace and quiet. I will def bring my mom here and recommend it if you are looking for a cost effective relaxing holiday. The rooms are not small and the staff is lovely. If anything, a little over worked as i could see same faces morning and evening shift. Anyways, willCome back and would recommend. ❤️

I've stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and really enjoyed the experience. Indeed, maybe the rooms are what 'small' but definitely good enough and covered by the real friendly staff.Since 2 years I am staying nearby in different apartments, which i like more because of the familiarity, but always I have a great breakfast every day at Corallium beach.Definitely a all- whatever you could wish for- breakfast. Name it, and it is served! Great view and sunshine on the terrace, or inside if you wish. At most I like the super friendly personal, always with a smile, being just personal, warmly welcoming me every day.With special thanks to Monserat, and also all the people who work hard every day to make our breakfast as great as possible. I don't know your names, I hope someone reads this and gives everybody a sincerely meant 'thank you for your great work every day'. Really nice place. Clean and beautiful. Excellent food in the buffet - actually better than any of the restaurants we visited in the area. Also a balcony for nude sunbathing 👍

Super friendly staff. Great buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spacious and clean rooms. Pool temperature a little cold, but you can literally walk in 1 minute to the beach and into the sea, which is considerably warmer. Unfortunately to have coffee with your desert, you need to stroll down to the pool bar, because the coffee machines in the restaurant are only switched on for breakfast. I know, this is critique at the highest level. I strongly can recommend this hotel for adult people, traveling without children, and will visit again.

Lovely hotel, nice chilled atmosphere. Activities during the day if you want them but not intrusive at all if you prefer a relaxing time. All inclusive buffet caters for all and drinks available all day. Great pool area! Beach just outside and fabulous local bus service if you fancy exploring. We stayed in a spacious ground floor room (008) which had a small private veranda and had direct access to the pool and restaurant.

Amazing hotel with excellent location.Really clean, nice staff always with a smile on the face.Tasty and diversity food.Room bigger than expected, tea maker available. On the bathroom besides the shower gel they also have body cream.A lot of activities like yoga on the beach, entertainment on the pool, live music.Adult only, with a lot elderly people.

Stayed bed and breakfast, always a first class choice at breakfast to cater for everyone's tastes. The staff were always considerate and extremely courteous. No mad rush in the morning for sunbeds, always lots around with a chilled vibe around the pool area. Stayed in room 528 which had a lovely side view of the sea and was cleaned nicely every day, it had a decent sized wardrobe with plenty of clothes hangers. Hotel was in a perfect location as situated right on the beach.

My room 522 was great very comfortable and clean with plenty storage. The bathroom was was lovely and very clean. The staff in the restaurant/pool Bar/reception have all worked very hard and were very pleasant. I would love to come back someday.

Our room 524 was a lovely room very clean and very comfortable. The pool area is lovely and well looked after and the pool bar staff were very good. This is definitely a hotel we would return to as the staff especially Miriam at reception was lovely and very welcoming.

Me and my partner had a relaxing and great stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in (209) was nice and had a good size and I loved that the hotel was so close to the beach! The food is good, especially the dessert area, the hotel itself are clean and nice. Would absolutely visit again.

Very good: the food (not a huge buffet, but good quality), the garden around the Hotel, the pool area and the beach. The room was nice and clean.Not so good: only one bar and it closed at 11PM, why so early, it is an adults only hotel after all..?But overall a very good experience, the staff is nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

The food was incredible! We had some Starters (Bruschetta and warm salad) and two main cources (Salmon and scampi). The Waiter Tijani was super nice and helpful. The Chef David did an amazing Job, definetly recommend eating here!

Location was perfect and the breakfast was great!We could not play with a small ball in the pool which was kind of a bummer but not a big problem. The only that we did not expect from such a big hotel is that they ask 2euro for the usage of a safe that is already in the room and 1euro for each time you want to trade in your beach towel for a clean one.The room was okay, we had one of the cheaper rooms with no good view, but it was spacious enough. Only negative is that we had to pay for a safe and that the TV was not in front of the bed.

Overall a nice hotel with good facilities - especially for a 3-star. We stayed in one of the rooms located outside the main hotel by the pool with a non-private terrace. The room itself was nice and very clean but the WiFi quality was very poor and the windows were fixed slat windows which ended up being quite noisy when the evening entertainment was taking place (as this was always by the pool very near our room). This stopped at around 10:30pm so didn't bother us enough to ask for a different room but may not suit some others. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very friendly.

Positives:- Super friendly and helpful staff, excellent service!- Good location: shops, beach and other amenities are nearby.- The hotel has a cat called Princesa that has lived there for 10 years! So cute!- Direct access to the beach from the pool area.- Nice pool and lobby areas.- Wide range of food options for breakfast.Negatives:- No iron available in the hotel. It was the first I’ve come across a hotel without an iron!- Room looked nicer in photos than in real life.- The bed was not comfortable. Two single beds pushed together to make a double bed. They kept separating in the middle of the night.- Room was quite cold and night.- You have to pay for many extras like orange juice or proper coffee for breakfast in the restaurant (machine coffee was not drinkable), towel change for the beach, parking, iron service (clothes need to be sent off somewhere offsite).- While there is direct access to the beach, no sun loungers available or you have to pay extra.- We tried lunch once and the quality and choice of food was not great.Overall, lovely hotel, really nice staff but overpriced for 3 stars!

An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. A should be 5 star hotel ( still puzzled why it is only a 3 star) with amazing grounds, pools and facilities. A private gate that opens directly to the beach with a beachfront bar and restaurant. Breakfast each morning with numerous seating options catered for every need with staff always replenishing produce. Spotless throughout and so obviously recently refurbished and modernised this is one of those too few of hotels you go home recommending and waiting for your next visit.

Lovely hotel, lovely location. Just what I needed to relax this week. The only thing I would say negatively is that they need to make clear where reception is! No sign, I thought it was a desk to rent a car at first! Also, it is extremely slow to check-in. Only two check-in desks!However, once that debacle was over, I thoroughly enjoyed it here.

On arrival we were checked in very efficiently & explained everything as to what to expect during our stay. We stayed for 2weeks b&b which suited us . The food is excellent & there's always a great selection. Entertainment @night is fabulous 👌 Both Christmas night & nye night the entertainment was outstanding. All staff are so polite & friendly always smiling. This hotel in our opinion should definitely be rated 4*. Many thanks again for a great holiday ! From Liam & Rhonda in Ireland 🇮🇪

Very nice hotel for a good price and friendly staff. They speak Deutsch, English and Spanish (at least), rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely come again. No kids was great as well. Came for Winterpride, while hotel was mainly frequented by straight seniors, we felt very welcome as a gay couple.It's well connected to the airport and Maspalomas by multiple busses and cabs.

Very nice and clean resort but during our stay which was two weeks ago, they didn’t have entertainment in the evening, only DJ but no bands or shows. The pools were so clean but not warm and the hot tub wasn’t warm/hot at all. The beach facing the resort was ok even though we only went there once since we explored other beaches outside the area, breakfast buffet was delicious and so clean and the staff is so friendly. Another thing I wanted to point out is that we asked to use the laundry service but apparently it’s not free which was a bummer, I thought after paying that much for staying it would be included, disappointing. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay and the resort location is good too.

Had a lovely holiday in this hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful selection of food and well stocked bar. 24 hour front desk service, right on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet location and central to all bus routes.

We just got back from staying here for 7 nights. The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff were all friendly, our room was amazing with a beautiful view of the main pool and beach which was a nice surprise. Buffet food was varied so lots to choose from. The only thing I would fault would be the bed. We had twin beds that were pushed together to make a double bed, but the beds easily came apart so it made it difficult to share the whole bed together (I fell through the middle on the first night) Because the beds are on wheels I would suggest getting some bed clips to keep them together to make it more comfortable to share with your partner. But in all honestly, we had a great experience, so relaxing and lots of areas on site to sunbath with 3 pools and lots of sun loungers. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent hotel bars and food are superb, Staff are amazing even when we were stuck in the lift between floors it only took them 15 mins to get us out, which is very good as I have known much longer. I have still 5 days more of my stay and I hope 🙏 it stays as good over that time. I would return to this hotel.

Summary it was a wonderful time we were allowed to spend here. The hotel has a unique outdoor area that was very well maintained (a small botanical garden) surrounding the hotel. The two swimming pools were also bordered with many plants very nice. In general, the staff inside and outside did a very good job. The restaurant management and the waiters a well-established team. Everything that was possible was made possible. A big compliment from us to the kitchen staff, whoever complains here complains at a high level and should better stay at home and do better. The three tours through our tour operator were very well organized and very informative for us about the country and people and the island. That was the romance tour, the contrasts tour and yesterday the tour to Mogana with boat tour was also very informative. We would love to come back because it was and is just fantastic here. Keep it up 👏

Really enjoyed my stay here, all the staff in the hotel really friendly and rooms and hotel really clean and tidy. Excellent pool area and 5 mins from the beach.

Here is pros and cons. the hotel has the best buffet but the coffee was very poor. hotel’s restaurant and cleaning staff were very polite too. beds were poor but rooms ok. I will give 8/10 to the hotel generally and full score 10/10 to buffee.

Lovely place, very nice and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay, good place for relaxing, beach is Ina few meters reach.. Buffet breakfast and dinner is well above average, ample selection of continental and regional specialities, fish meals, veggies, fruits.

Recommended. Very kind staff, wide variety of food and drinks, at the time of writing the review it was not too crowded which is good, has direct access to the beach which is also not overcrowded like the ones in Maspalomas.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and most importantly great food with lots of variation. Also, right next to the beach and plenty of parking space for rentals.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and an excellent buffet with lots of variety. The surroundings are well maintained and as it is an adult only hotel, it is rather quiet. If you like handing out a lot and go to discoteques, it is maybe not the right place to go to as it is a 3 km walk to playa des inglis

Beautiful hotel with a very nice pool and great rooms. The breakfast is fine not super spectacular but nice. The staff is nice and tries to be helpful but their english is not always the greatest. I don't think the masks help with that but its good that they took covid precautions. Had a fantastic week and would recommend!

Very atmospheric and nice spa. Due to Covid restrictions some areas were closed but the regulations provided a very safe and comfortable feeling for the duration of our stay. The treatments were extremely well prepared and the staff very friendly and helpful. Try the green tea detox program!

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Good mix of food and drinks. We where all inclusive but had to pay 20 euro to extend the all inclusive until 14-00 on our last day never had to do this before we don't leave until 18-40.

Just returned home from a week staying here.Nice hotel especially for couples with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday! Very clean and modern we had a lovely stay here but there were just a couple of things I wasn't completely happy with;First thing was the food was a bit repetitive was basically the same everyday morning, lunch, and dinner also I am vegetarian and found it hard at times to find something to eat as things weren't always labelled.The entertainment wasn't brilliant either we just made our own entertainment in the end.Lastly we had an evening flight home but was told after 12pm were no longer all inclusive and had to start paying for everything and it was all very expensive and just found that a really bad way to treat guests! Other than that a really nice place to stay and really enjoyed seeing gran canaria!
