A very clean beach with a mini market and a ton of cafes along the beach. The ocean is clean, although the inland areas are a bit rough. You can find a paid toilet for €1.The most significant location near the beach is the legendary dunes, where you can take stunning photos🤩👌

Playa del Inglés is an absolute gem in Gran Canaria and one of the best beach destinations I’ve ever visited. The beach itself is विशाल, with golden sand stretching for miles and blending beautifully into the famous Maspalomas dunes. Whether you want to relax under the sun, take long scenic walks, or enjoy water sports, this place has everything. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with a perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, offering everything from local Canarian cuisine to international dishes. The nightlife is also fantastic, with something for everyone from laid back beach bars to lively clubs. What I really loved about Playa del Inglés is how clean and well-maintained everything is. The water is crystal clear, and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. It’s a great destination for couples, families, and solo travelers alike.Overall, Playa del Inglés offers the perfect combination of natural beauty, fun, and comfort. I would definitely come back again!10/10 ☆ Thank you🏖🥰

Sand beneath my feet, the wind in my hair, and endless dunes... Playa del Inglés has completely captured my heart! From morning walks by the ocean to the sunset over the Maspalomas dunes, this place is pure magic. It's an incredible nature reserve that looks like the Sahara on the edge of the Atlantic. A place that never sleeps, yet offers peace in the hidden corners of the beach.

Wide sandy beach with plenty of space to relax. Clean, lively, and great for long walks by the sea. Easy access to cafés and shops nearby, and the sunsets are beautiful. A classic Gran Canaria beach that’s always worth visiting.

I had heard a lot about Playa del Inglés before visiting and was really excited to experience it. Based on all the hype, we even decided to stay in this area. However, we ended up feeling a little disappointed. Although it has a long stretch of beach, it felt like it was missing a certain vibe. For me, Anfi del Mar, Amadores, and Mogan Beach are much better—more beautiful and enjoyable overall. In comparison, Playa del Inglés didn’t quite live up to the hype, especially when there are so many nicer areas to explore in Gran Canaria.
Cracking day out at beach. All the usual suspects there. The lookey-lookey men are not hyper-aggressive like you get in other countries. You only have to say no one time. Very clean beach and very accessible.

Large beach with shops and restaurants nearby. Beach is kept very tidy and clean. Good place for kids to play. Toilets however are few and far between, as well as dirty. Unless you stay nearby there are better beaches not too far away.

Playa del Inglés is definitely one of the most popular beaches on the island, and it’s easy to see why. The beach is long, vibrant, and full of life, making it a great spot whether you want to sunbathe, enjoy a long walk, or grab a drink at one of the many beach bars. The area is packed with restaurants and shops, so you’re never far from something to eat or do.I liked that there are plenty of sunbeds available, and the convenience of toilets and showers adds to the experience. It’s a beach that really caters to everyone, from families to solo travelers. The mix of European tourists from different nationalities gives it a lively vibe. However, it’s worth noting that it’s also a popular spot for nudists. If you’re into sports, the beach is a hub of activity, with zones for volleyball, soccer, and water sports. It’s great to see how much there is to do, but if you’re there to relax, you can find a quieter spot. One thing to be mindful of is that it can get very hot during the day, so sunscreen and a hat are a must. Also, be careful in the water, as there are some stony areas that can be tricky to navigate.Overall, Playa del Inglés is a fantastic beach with so much to offer. Whether you want to relax or stay active, it’s a great place to spend a day!

Huge beach with plenty of space. Super clean, there is space to lay down on your towel or rent a sunbed. We didn't use the sunbeds but explored the bar instead. Every few meters you have a small bar with very friendly ladies and some simple places to sit and a few umbrellas if you need some shade. There are also toilets behind the bar for free. Mixed drinks were under 10€ and were very generous. You can pay by card too. Otherwise there are also many trash cans which keeps the beach clean, red cross stand and many places from which you can enter the beach, for example passing the dunes as well.

The longest beach in Gran Canaria. Huge, extremely clean, passes by the dunes reservation of Maspalomas. Friendly with nudists also. Fantastic walks, baths in the sun and the ocean, the sand is fine. Far away it is rocky but huge part of it is prapared for turists.

It's a safe place very popular with locals as well as tourists. The sunbeds with parasol are €7.50 (for two users). There are many points when you reach the edge of the beach and back to paved areas, where you can wash off your sandy feet or indeed yourself fully, these are free. There are many taxis to be found even at the busiest points in the car park, just the other side of beach.

7.5 eur for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the day. Clean beach, no crowds, pretty safe, good for families, individuals, couples. Wonderful in the morning when no one is around. Huge waves during the whole day, almost impossible to swim, but i spent my whole holiday here on this beach. Proximity to the small tourist district in the background. Supervised by red cross and police. No marine life around such as sea urcins or jellyfish. Endless walking space. Close to the watersports activities such as jet-ski, parasailing etc.

Beautiful clean beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and a very low cost €7.50 all day, some lovely restaurants and shops but are a little more expensive than in town . The sea is very shallow for about 20 meyers but beware of the strong high waves if you go out further , all in all a very nice place to spend the day x 😀

Very spacious and big beach. It’s not crowded at all and everyone has personal space. The waves are little and the water is shallow. It’s lifeguarded and there’s plenty of bars and music. However if you prefer nature and quiet, you can walk further down the beach and have the whole beach for yourself. It’s a massive beach.

The beach is quite spacious, clean and well-kept, and the golden yellow sand, lovely. The wind is felt, and if you can sunbathe between 10:00 and 16:00 (early Juaniary), then after 4pm you may need a light coat.In some places, there are many areas set up with sun loungers and umbrellas that occupy good parts of the beach, and you can't sit with a blanket on the sand, unless you go a little further. On the beach, at certain distances, there are stalls selling drinks (cold and hot) and something to eat.Toilets are also located there.Garbage containers are also located at suitable distances on the beach.Of course it depends on the weather conditions, but when I went in early January - the weather was good and the water calm, clear and warm. Only one day there were stronger waves, but it was still interesting playing with the waves. :)P.S. Paracetamol is expensive here, €8.00, so you can take it with you in case of need.

It resembles the Sahara dessert, with the dunes and constant wind, its simply amazing. Loved the beach, big waves but don't be surprised if walking along the beach you bump into naked people, since there are no rules on swimsuits.

We went to Maspalomas (Playa del Ingles) to go to the Saturday market but this was a disappointment. The market covers a huge area but the stalls were all repetitive, similar clothes, leather goods, towels, table cloths etc. Later we went down to the beach area and found that the shops along the walkway near the dunes had a far better variety of merchandise and holiday trinkets for tourists.

A fun experience next to the beach. Hard partying vibes so if that's your thing then you will love it. If not, you can relax at the beach and get drinks or food along the beach as desired. Either way, it's a good time.

One of the best beaches. Sandy very long beach. Highly recommended to visit it. You can wash your feet as water available next to the exit points. The main parking area is paid for but if you don’t worry about some walking you can find free parking spots easily.

It’s a beach 🙂 Two beds and a umbrella will run you ~8 euros (not a bad deal). If you’re in the area, great - but I wouldn’t be making a trek from other parts of the island just for it. It’s your general busy beach with some shops and drinks.

On Gran Canaria we went to some beaches to test out. This is in my opinion the best beach and I really loved it!The sandy beach is so clean. It feels good for your bare feet. The water is clean, no algae. In the surrounding there are a lot of restaurants, shops and hotels. Also our hotel was nearby so it was a five minute walk to the beach. My wife and I loved to simply walk the coastline or simply lie down and enjoy the sun.One thing worth to mention is the wind. It can be good or bad. You get to face high waves in afternoon due to wind and it can be big fun. But also wind makes the temperature feel colder, which is bad.

Very nice long sandy beach. Plenty of places to rent sun beds and umbrellas, ideal for families and also young and older people. Really close to the dunes where you can go for a nice walk. Can be windy sometimes. Many bars and restaurants nearby, also showers to wash your feet after the beach.

Nice beach area and beach itself but the area immediately around it needs modernisation as lots places run-down or closed down ie the places around the car park by the beach.Convenient car park by the beach but cost us 13 euros for the day - we could have found cheaper parking though.Lovely boardwalk along the beach that stretches for miles in both directions that is modern and clean.Beach are itself is lovely and sandy and clean and because it’s so big even on a sunny weekend day it’s not over-crowded like some resorts.2 stars due to the immediate surrounding area that feels cheap.
