Tilava terassi

Ravintolassa on tilava etuterassi, joka täyttyy nopeasti noin kello 18.30 illalla. Jos haluat terassilla tilaa illallisellesi, suosittelemme tekemään ennakkovarauksen verkossa alennusta vastaan.

Taberna La Caña -ravintolan maistelu

Hiljattain pidetyssä Taberna La Caña -ravintolan maistiaisessamme söimme lohitataria, lammaslapa-ateriaa, äyriäispaellaa ja kolmea eri jälkiruokaa. Rakastimme ehdottomasti kaikkia ruokia, mutta emme voineet uskoa jälkiruokien täydellisyyttä ja hienoja makuyhdistelmiä!

Taberna La Caña omin sanoin:

”Olemme erikoistuneet espanjalaiseen ruokaan, välimerelliseen keittiöön ja tapas-annoksiin. Täällä voit nauttia ja jakaa tuoretta kotitekoista ruokaa ystäviesi ja perheesi kanssa.” Ravintolaa johtavat veljekset José, joka on keittiömestari, ja Sergio, joka on ravintolapäällikkö.

Taberna La Caña Erikoisuudet

Kuten jo aiemmin mainittiin, ravintola on kuuluisa paelloista! Paellat valmistetaan tuoreista galicialaisista merenelävistä ja päivittäin valmistettavista kotitekoisista liemistä, jotka antavat niille aidon maun.

Toinen heidän erikoisuuksiaan ja vieraiden (ja meidän) suosikki on Segovian tuore imeväislammas, jota kypsennetään rosmariinin ja valkosipulin kanssa 24 tuntia uunissa. Se on niin mureaa, että sitä voi syödä lusikalla.

Pihvien ystävät eivät pety! Pohjois-Espanjan Ávilasta tuotu naudanliha on hämmästyttävää 28 päivää kuivakypsytettyä kylkipihviä. Kokeilimme T-Bone-pihviä heidän uudessa ravintolassaan CANDENTEssä, ja minun on sanottava, että se oli yksi parhaista T-Bone-pihveistä, joita olen koskaan syönyt. Se oli kypsennetty täydelliseksi, me pidimme siitä, meheväksi ja herkulliseksi.

Jälkiruoat

Kokit luovat joka päivä erityisen jälkiruoan kolmen a la carte -annoksen lisäksi. Vierailumme aikana maistoimme kaikkia kolmea a la carte -jälkiruokaa, joita on aina saatavilla. Jokainen heistä oli yksinkertaisesti uskomaton! Suosikkini – Coulant de Chocolate:

Crême Brulé

Leche Frita – Perinteinen kanarialaisruoka

Tämä jälkiruoka on perinteinen ”Leche Frita” modernissa muodossa, mikä tarkoittaa ”paistettua tai paistettua maitoa”, jos se käännetään suoraan espanjasta. Salainen sukuresepti, joka on periytynyt sukupolvelta toiselle. Upeaa!

The food here is pretty good. We had various classic tapas dishes including goats cheese salad, Boquerones, tomato bread, pork with vegetables and Chistorra sausage. The service is friendly and quick.

Since we discovered this restaurant by mistake a few years ago, I tell people about it regularly. (We had to come back twice during our vacation.) So obviously I HAD to make the trip to Maspalomas during my stay on Gran Canaria today and I didn't regret it. The most garlicy garlic mushrooms, roasted bread with alioli, a fresh salad with creamy goat's cheese, fresh paella served at your table... So yummy! The staff is the friendliest and they treat you like friends. I love the atmosphere just as much as the food. When in Maspalomas, you shouldn't miss out!

Very high quality experience for the best price. Staff is very accommodating, experienced and most of all friendly.Give this place a try, it's famous for their hospitality and paella. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Best cocktails ever! The bartender is an award winner for cocktails and it shows. The White Scotland is to die for! The food (we had the tapas) didn't disappoint either. Highly recommend the sausages and the garlic prawns, but everything was good. Amazing service as well!

We tried the paella with seafood and shrimps with garlic. Both were very tasty. Paella for 2 people is a generous amount of food, so make sure you go on an empty stomach 😁

The best Grandma‘s olives I’ve eaten…. the bread with tomato salsa delicious. The tapas here is really great. The service exceptionally friendly and very communicative . We were here 4 times during our holiday. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent Tapas bar & restaurant. Delicious tapas and dishes, very good paella. On behalf of my wife, great compliments to the Chef for the juiciness of the chicken filet and the exquisite gravy. Hugely recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best place to eat / drink or simply have a coffee… The food + staff are amazing and they still have the cleanest toilet on the island … We go there every year and we always eat there on the last day of our holiday … Thanx for a lovely time xxx

Ravintola sijaitsee Hotel Green Parkissa Avenida de Teneriffalla, vastapäätä Águila Roja -ostoskeskusta. Sitä ei voi olla huomaamatta keltaisen kyltin ja tilavan terassin ansiosta. Paikka on täynnä noin kello 19.00, ja kaikki pöydät ovat yleensä varattuja siihen aikaan illasta.
