About Lyubomir
Lyubomir born in 1974, is committed to a healthy lifestyle and tries to help people get there. He has been doing sports since he was 17. In his homeland Bulgaria he was an army instructor for 10 years and it was there that he found his passion for training people.
He has lived in Gran Canaria since 2003 and decided here to expand and deepen his health-oriented knowledge. He completed his training as a personal trainer and additionaly as a massage therapist. He is specilized in sports massage and muscle asymmetries.
