Came for a short 3 night stay, upgraded from AI to AI premium for €14 euros each a day, so had full use of international spirits, though the basic is branded in the main reception bar.Staff are super friendly and helpful, and entertainment is good. Made use of the adult only pool for €5 each a day.Rooms are modern and clean, no negatives from meThanks to Jonay on reception for helping out on sorting the above out.

I recently stayed at the Abora Interclub Atlantic hotel in Gran Canaria and had a fantastic experience. The animation team truly stood out with their exceptional service and performances. They were incredibly energetic, engaging, and always ensured everyone had a great time. Whether it was daytime activities by the pool or evening shows, they delivered top-notch entertainment. Their dedication to making guests feel entertained and welcomed truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun-filled vacation with excellent service.

Amazing stay. The animation team are amazing. Ellie especially likes Lara. Mini club is open twice a day and so much fun. Daily programme too and lots of entertainment at night. Food is good too. Didn't have any problems getting a lounger and rooms lovely big and clean. Third time staying and will definitely return
Loved my stay here! It’s a calming and relaxing place, but it never gets boring, the animation team has loads of activities during the day and shows every evening! Quiet location close to the beach, easy access to maspalomas area with tourist facilities and night life. The employees are always smiling and bringing positive energy to the place! Highly recommended!

Room 2177Family of 3 with 1 year old from U.K.- spacious modern room, cleaned on request, very friendly maids,- Great pools. Lots of reviews saying they’re cold, in our opinion really depends on the weather, sunny days in and out but when it’s windy and overcast naturally it feels colder. Tip - go down the slide first and then jump in the heated pool, it then feels like a bath.- Food, you can’t go hungry, lots of selection although quite repetitive- drinks, goood variety, all day pool bar can be a bit slow on busy periods.- animation team, really great, couldn’t do enough for our little one.Fantastic value for money, everything you’d expect from a 4* all incPaid around £1350 for the week.Weather was sunshine for 5 days, overcast 2

A great family hotel, we are here with our 1.5 years old daughter, she has lots of fun here. The room is very spacious with very large bacon, there are kids bed and toys. She loves splashing water at kids pool, which also have great view to the beach and dune.We also enjoy the daily yoga and aqua dance program. Night show is super fun.It is a perfect place to stay for family with kids.We live at room 2146.

Lovely clean rooms. We stayed in room 2154 which is a family room. Great service from all staff. Will definitely be back!

We had a nice holiday at the Abora Interclub. The Room. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We like that it had a comfortable sofa so we could sit and play cards on the evening. The twin beds were so comfortable, and the sheets seem to have been changed every day. We were also very happy that the room had air-con, even though it’s December. The quiet, white noise from the air-con helped drown out my snoring, my wife said! My only minor complaint was why don’t the rooms have double-beds?The food. The restaurant serves the expected range of food and deserts. I’m a fussy eater, but even I enjoyed many of the dishes. A separate buffet for children is good to see, as it keeps their dainty little hands out of the adults’ food! Certain items such as fish, steaks, and eggs (at breakfast) are cooked fresh in front of you, which is always nice to see. However, the omelettes are made from liquid from a bottle—what’s wrong with normal eggs? The pools. The main pool was freezing! It took time to acclimatise oneself to it. But the second pool felt very pleasant. The slides were great fun, even for an oldie like me, and we enjoyed the 2 jacuzzis. The entertainment. We don’t really pay much attention to the entertainment when we go on holiday, but the entertainers all seemed very friendly and there always seemed to be a lot going on.The beach. The beach involves climbing down around 40 steps (I think — I didn’t count them!). It’s a lovely beach that is almost stone-free. The hotel apparently runs a bus service to and from the beach, but we didn’t use it.The service. This is where the hotel let itself down a little. I won’t go into the issues we had, but I hope the director I spoke to will implement the adjustments we discussed to prevent any future client from suffering similarly. On the positive, many of the staff were lovely, and the cleaners did an excellent job.I should point out that the hotel offers a raffle for clients who post a 5 star review along with their room number. Whether or not this influences unfairly the reviews on Google… well, you can make your mind up.All in all, we felt we had chosen reasonably well for the money, and we will look back with fondness on a lovely holiday.

This is our second year, and will be returning next year. The entertainment staff are fantastic and really make the holiday awesome! The rooms (we stayed in room 2130)are perfect for us (family of 4) and the pool area is very spacious. Never had an issue getting beds by the pool and sometimes didn’t come down until 11am. As I’m writing this it is 2.40pm and still beds available.

The hotel is located on a high hill, and probably due to the height, the area is very windy from the sea at times. The hotel is in a quiet area, at the end of a dead end street. Bigger shops and restaurants are a short bus ride away. +5 min walk to the nearest San Agustin beach. The hotel area is huge, and there are plenty of guided activities for children every day, as well as several playgrounds and water slides. Large pool areas and one for adults only (for an additional fee). There is really a lot of choice in meals, although the taste is average. All Inclusive drinks are available all the time, as well as snacks. The staff was really friendly 🙂

Loved this hotel. It looks disappointing from the front entrance but once inside the grounds are absolutely lovely, full of large tropical palms and trees with lovely big pools and really nice bars. The rooms are more than adequate with nice balconies with just a few bits that look a bit old and tired like the bathroom sink. The all inclusive food and drink options are pretty good and the food is pretty varied. The staff are lovely and friendly and the hotels location on a hilltop overlooking the sea is stunning. The local beach is a 5-10 min walk from the hotel down the hill and is really nice too. We couldn't really fault this place at all, it's excellent for families with a great evening entertainment team too. You will definitely enjoy this place if you stay here

This was our first time here at Abora Interclub Atlantic and we loved it! All the staff were friendly and helpful but the Animation team just added the extra sparkle! They work so hard to make sure everyone is having a great time, plus their shows were brilliant. They performed their “Come Alive” show for the first time during our stay and it was clear how passionate they are about these shows that they put together. We loved that at the end they showed appreciation for each team member and you can tell they have a genuine friendly atmosphere with each other. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we hope to come back soon!

We are just finishing a week all inclusive room 4407 at the Abora Interclub. This place is amazing and most probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. There is so much to do here for families and especially with children. There are two pools one for families with water slides and an adults only area with an infinity pool. There are quite a few 24hr self service drink and snack areas and there were always a good selection of food and drink. The entertainment was fantastic and a different show every night. The restaurants are spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic with lots of choice. The staff were so polite and couldn't do enough to help you. Our room was really spacious with good facilities for all our needs. The hotel is fully disabled ♿ access in all areas which I thought was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the hotel and we will definitely be returning soon.

We're coming to the end of our holiday and have enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We've found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious with good daily cleaning. The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds for this time of year! This time of year the pools are a little on the cool side. It doesn't seem to be putting off the kids though! Food has been good on the whole with a lot of choice. As with most AI it can sometimes be a little on the warm side. The animation team at this hotel are amazing, always smiling, greeting you and including everyone. They invite you to join the activities but leave you be if you're happy chilling in the sun. They're a credit to the hotel and make the stay special.

Just finishing the end of a lovely week here. The food is absolutely amazing and plenty of variety in the main restaurant. There is also a pool bar which has plenty of food and snacks available all day, from 11am to 11pm. The rooms are nice and spacious and cleaned well everyday. The whole hotel is kept very clean throughout and the service in all areas is impeccable. We are looking forward to a return visit. We stayed in room 2162 which was nice and close to the pools.

Room 2029. Great bright airy room overlooking the street but this was actually good as the street was quiet and our terrace was in the sun all day.Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The restaurant was good, plenty of food and choice but maybe a little repetitive. But always plenty to eat. Glasses were not always replenished quickly and there were sometimes none available.Love the self service drinks.Fabulous swimming pool, loved the slides, pool was very clean. The walk to and from the beach is really not that bad and worth it to swim in the beautiful Atlantic ocean. We did this every day.But the overall winning point for us is the gardens. Have never seen this in a hotel before. Sitting amongst the trees but still close to the pool and bars really made this holiday. Absolutely fabulous.Great hotel, sorry to leave tomorrow.Gracias.

Room 2015. Friendly attentive staff from reception staff, maids and service staff. Room was clean, fresh towels replaced if needed. Clean facilities. Canteen lovely, great choice of food at each meal, if repetitive. I couldn't eat another egg for a while. The main bar just seemed to be staffed by one person, so would take 10 minutes to get a drink. Our son really enjoyed the pool. Close to the beaches. Free bus services to local towns was a great addition. Would definitely come again. They did say we would be entered into a raffle if we gave them a 5 star review so that we could continue to use the facilities on our late flight. Which is why so many reviews have numbers mentioned.

The animation team are really friendly and entertaining. It’s never a dull moment with them from Bobby soaking people with a water pistol throughout the day. There is something for kids and adults to do in the day and evening entertainment caters for both kids and adults. Starting with the mini disco which they are really energetic with the kids. The kids have so much fun. And the entertainment after that varies from karaoke to dancing and tributes . One word for the animation team is fantastic.
We really liked the hotel, the staff is very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are clean, every day they clean and change towels. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and clean, three swimming pools, a volleyball court, a sports complex. The food is tasty and varied, every day you eat something new. The location is cool, you can see the ocean from the rooms. We were in a deluxe room 4214. We liked everything very much. Every evening there is a different program for children and adults.
Had a fabulous ten night stay here. Staff very friendly and happy to help, all speak multiple languages. The hotel complex is clean, tidy and very well maintained. The 24 hour all inclusive food and drinks are exceptional in quality and very plentiful. There is also plenty of sun beds available and there is no rush in a morning to reserve the sun beds.We stay in room 2028 which is a family room which was adequately furnished and clean to a high standard daily.

Amazing stay in room 2222 overlooking the internal park (something I haven't seen in a resort before). Staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Animation staff are very energetic but don't push you into something you don't want to do. Food was very varied every night but mainly pork and fish. Pool is clean and we'll kept. Room are airy and spacious. We had a family room and was more like an apartment. Only a short walk to the closest beach.

Out second stay this year at this fabulous hotel, thanks for another great holiday! We stayed in room 2241 this time and it was beautifully set up for all four of us, with the boys having a separate room, perfect. The food was lovely and the service great all round the hotel. Beautiful weather meant we have had a great winter break. We will be back to this hotel, such a relaxing and lovely place to visit. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very happy with the choice we made for our holiday. The staff is incredible, polite and helpful any time. Rooms are big and clean, we had room 2141, and they get cleaned every day, you have a big shower and toilet, a balcony as well...the food is very good and diverse. And drinks as much as you want, for adults and kids. Evening there are shows, mini disco for the kids and also an area with games.Definitely recommend this hotel, one of the top ones!!!

We've had a fabulous week at the Abora Interclub Atlantic. The staff are friendly and work really hard in every area of the hotel, nothing is too much for them. We have been staying all inclusive in room 2030 for 4 people which is very clean, has a spacious living area with plenty of room to put your clothes away. It also has a dressing area, fridge, kettle and safety deposit box and a large patio area. You can also select what time you prefer your room to be cleaned which is a bonus. The restaurant caters for all tastes, the staff are attentive and ensure your needs are met. If you don't fancy going into the restaurant, snacks are available at the pool bar and are refreshed frequently. You're not going to go hungry here!We would happily come back soon.

We stayed in room 2172. We had a great time. There was always something we liked at each meal time, and because lunch and dinner are served over a few hours, it never got busy. The rooms are big and the cleaners leave them spotless. The pools are great, and as they are heated you can walk straight in. There was never an issue with sun beds, plenty available. We went out for the morning a couple of times and still got decent beds around the pool when we got back at lunchtime. What always makes a holiday for us is the activities and entertainment. The animation team here are up there with the best. Not only are they doing games and sports most of the day, every day, but they perform most of the nightime shows also. Always friendly and a credit to the hotel.

We have had really relaxing stay here in room 5210 which is what we wanted. The Hotel is spotless, the staff are really friendly/helpful when needed and the entertainment team were brilliant!!!! The food was always nice, fresh and on par with other all inclusives we have visited. The rooms are nice and modern. Due to the size of the grounds/pool I would say it is suitable for both couples and families as you can always find a quiet area should you wish. There are some great views overlooking San Agustin. The beach is only a short walk away down the hill.

What an excellent place to relax and unwind. All the staff were very attentive. The food was great and such a variety. There isn't alot around the hotel but everything you need is there.Everything was kept very clean the grounds are lovely. The hotel was to full capacity while we was there and yet we always found a sunbed and shade if needed on the grass area which is a stones throw from the pools and jacuzzi.Final note is to complement the animation team. Whatever they are getting paid its not enough. There dedication and enthusiasm for their role is 100%. Always friendly and being able to communicate in so many varied languages brought all us holiday makers from all countries together ❤️. The shows are not just good for children. Going as a couple we were treated to some amazing entertainment. The dancing and stage shows were spectacular 👌 the best we have ever experienced on our travels. Thank you for a great time. 👍

Room 5503We opted for the deluxe room at this hotel as it was our first holiday abroad together, what a great choice this was!! The staff are extremely welcoming, polite and always have a smile on their faces. They are eager to help and answer any questions. The reception is nice and cool because of the AC and welcomes you with a free 24/7 snack and drinks bar if you go with the all inclusive (which we did). The restaurant has meals for everyone and a great selection for the children. The menu varied every day to change things up, there is also a great selection of beachfront restaurants if you want a change of scenery. The room was very clean and kept clean by the cleaning staff every day. They replenished towels every day and kept everything in tip top shape. We had an amazing view of the sea, which we could admire from our balcony. The pools are very clean and are kid friendly. The lifeguards are always poolside and they supervise the slides at all times. There is a pool bar offering food and drinks 11-11. There is an infinity pool with its own bar if you go deluxe which was amazing!!The staff were very informative when we asked about late check out and offered a free luggage and hospitality room if the late checkout wasn’t available due to being fully booked. We will definitely be back!!

Second time here at the 'Abora interclub Atlantic' this summer and absolutely amazing once again. The hotel is perfect, especially for those with children, my son and I love it here for a little break. The bedrooms are exactly what you need, the first time we stayed in block 5, this time we stayed in block 2, room 2181 both blocks great. Beds are extremely comfortable, loads of space, and the cleaning crew are extraordinary. Everything you need food & drink wise, next time I come I definitely need to diet before hand, I'm leaving a stone heavier 🤦🏻‍♀️ The staff all work extremely hard, from reception, food hall to maintenance. Keeping it all clean and organised. (As I have been in the same industry for years I understand how hard everyone is working around)The animation team, were absolutely amazing with my son, he wanted to go there every morning and afternoon to play and make friends. The football pitch and basketball is great when you have active children, me and my son were constantly playing there. All the pools and slides are fantastic, so much to do, you can't get bored. Also, can't forget the photographers on the resort are fantastic, I had photos done the first time we came, I then had one of them as a tattoo. When we arrived this time they remembered us as soon as went for dinner, and my son was so excited to show them my arm.Thank you for an amazing mini break, we will definitely be back again

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is great, family rooms (we are in 2168) are super as the actually have a separate room for the children. I’ve read reviews moaning about not being allowed to reserve sunbeds until 9 and not being allowed inflatables, but so what? You can reserve sunbeds in the gardens which is right next to the pools and they have trees that offer shade. And not having inflatables just means you don’t get garrotted by a lilo every 5 seconds.Food is decent, (I have absolutely avoided the ‘vegetable sandwiches’ because I don’t know what they are even meant to be). It would be good to have some kind of salad available up at the pool bar buffet section, but I’m not complaining because I could have just gone and eaten in the main restaurant if I wanted green, but didn’t.The thing that makes the place is the animation team who are outstanding. We were lucky enough to see their first performance of Come Alive which was superb. Big shout out to Bobby (the whole team are brilliant, but Bobby was our main man).Highly recommend.

Had an amazing holiday together with my daughter. The rooms are well equiped and comfortable. The staff is professional and very helpfull. The pool is lovely and great facilities for both younger and older children. Run on sunbeds in the morning. But luckily there are enough sunbeds and enough space, so no need to set an alarm early morning. We never had trouble finding a sunbed poolside. The buffets in the restaurant are continuously being replenished and have a good variety.Special thanks to the animation team, they put a smile on kids' face every day! Also nice sporting activities during the day and a great show in the evening.

We've had a fabulous week at Abora Interclub Atlantic, the perfect place for a family holiday. There was always a good choice of food at mealtimes and the restaurant area is constantly being cleaned and tables cleared to ensure nobody is kept waiting. The pool area is great, lots of space, lots of things for the children to do. A lovely hotel for a family holiday. The staff work incredibly hard to ensure all the visitors have a great holiday. The grounds are immaculate, tables in the restaurant are cleared and reset very quickly. The pools are lovely, and large enough that they never really feel crowded. The food does lack in variety a little, but it is always fresh and well prepared, and there are plenty of lovely salad items to choose from. We were part of a large party, with ages from 10 to 76, and everyone enjoyed their experience. Thanks to all the Abora team!

We are currently staying here, in the second week of our holiday. It is a lovely hotel, cannot fault anything!Hotel:is lovely, very big. Very clean and tidy, rooms are very modern and spacious. We stayed in the family room! They are cleaned daily.Location: not much around outside the hotel, 15 mins walk to the beach or taxi ride into the little town with shops & restaurants. The hotel would benefit from a shortcut to the beach for guests.Food: is lovely, freshly made Morning/ afternoon & evening. Lots of variety for everyone, always find something to eat. Only thing is very repetitive, no theme nights eg: Chinese, Mexican etcEntertainment: cannot say anything other then it’s been the best entertainment I’ve seen in all hotels I’ve stayed in over the years when on holiday. From 11am - 10.30pm the entertainment team keep us all entertained around the pool in the day and at night with the greatest shows. Best one was Michael Jackson. They all work really hard providing great entertainment! Thank you to Mr Wilson, Bobby, Gonzalo and the rest of the team 👍

Some reviews state there is not much to do in the immediate area. Well...lovely volcanic sand beach a short walk away. Shuttle bus from hotel to town/dunes. Main bus stops short walk away. If u hire a car then u can go further afield but for an all inclusive family week away I tend to stay local.Hotel is generally clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool area is clean. Main food restaurant is ok...just the few flies on the chilled foods a downer.Pool. Right then. A few moans I've read about not enough sun beds and not enough shade. Well. The area is huge - pool side, the grassy banks and the bit near to the toddler pool with an awesome view so plenty to options for shade (albeit we came here for the sun so we didn't care). Sunbeds....ok...so maybe the Germans were out at the crack of dawn daily (but I didn't hear too many German accents). If u snooze u lose basically. If the beds with only the grey hotel towels thrown over them weren't occupied for an hour or so, I just helped myself to them. Many people took 'ownership' of the beds, had a day out and came back later. No, sorry, I'll have 'your' sun bed thanks.Food. Well, nothing special but kept us filled up. Drinks were good. Good for kidsEvening entertainment...ummmm...well....I'll leave that one. Will I come here again? No reason why not but plenty of other places to choose from. I've been in a few 3 star hotels and the 4 star rating maybe just about justified.Overall....we have a lovely week here. Weather was good when the UK was being battered by storms

I am loving the entertainment the animation team provide here at the hotel. The shows are brilliant and from a musical fan they are great and have everything from frozen to grease. The whole team are approachable and great fun to be around making the holiday really enjoyable!

We’ve stayed for a week with 2 babies under 2 in room 2037 and we will be back !Perfect for families … kids splash pool is amazing and our little girls confidence in the water has grown so much this past week . Panchi and the kids club staff are fantastic our little girl and boy loved the mini disco and activities and the staff treated them lovely !Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are so attentive , any issues we had were rectified immediately including sending help for us when a lizard invaded our room!Only downside is the stairs and having to carry two prams down , one of ours actually broke but it hasn’t damped our enjoyment of the hotel . No late check out available either which is a worry with such small babies but they are fully booked so it’s understandable.Food was great lots of choice to make what you want at each meal . Thanks so much abora we will be back !

We had an amazing holiday in room 2055. The food was great, and plenty of it. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is a little way out of the hustle and bustle but perfect if you’d rather a quiet holiday. The hotel is not far from the beach, maybe a 10/15 minute walk. The pools around the hotel are great for a swim and perfect for the children. All in all, a very wonderful holiday. Thanks.

This was our second time at Abora Interclub. We liked it so much last year that we came back. The rooms are very nice and clean. We’ve had a family room and also a normal room. Both were good! Airconditioning is also working very good. The people who work in the hotel are so nice! Doesn’t matter if you’re in the restaurant or with somebody who cleans, all so friendly. The food is great! We especially loved the breakfast. Lots of choices during the day, also enogh food by the pool. And great cocktails 🍸The pools are very nice; one with slides and one without. And a smaller one for the little kids. The animation team is great! They offer a lot of different activities during the day/week. It’s for adults or kids or both at the same time. And shows at night. The location is a little further away from the bigger stores but take a walk or a taxi and you’ll be there in no time.Had a great holiday!Maybe we’ll come back another time again!
If you have your own sun loungers, then come with them otherwise you will have to sit on the ground with the children. The hotel staff cannot help, since the number of sun loungers for the number of people is not calculated.Even if you want to swim in the sea, then you need to wear a black swimsuit, there is black sand that eats into clothes and skin like soot.To the sea 15 minutes walk. These are the disadvantages that I did not like, but these are trifles and this did not affect the quality of the rest.Very tasty and varied food and drinks. Everywhere is very clean, the staff carefully cleans the territory. 👍

The Abora Interclub is a great place to spend a holiday. We stayed for 7 nights as a family of four. Our boys are 17 and 19. It's worth a special mention that the staff here are really incredible. The resort is spotless and the service at reception/restaurant/bar is excellent. They are friendly and efficient, always happy to help, and we couldn't fault them the whole week. The resort itself is really nice with all the amenities you would expect from this type of resort. The pools are spacious and accommodate everyone from the youngest to the oldest. The slides are fun and although we didn't need to use the splash pool it looked really good. There is a small sports court for football and basketball as well as a basic outdoor gym. We never watched the evening entertainment but it sounded enthusiastic.Sun loungers are provided around the pool and around the large garden area. Shade is provided by trees on the grass but there is very little by the pool. Our one criticism is the lack of parasols/structures around the pool although there are plenty by the bar and snack bar. The wind can be quite strong around this area so it's not permitted to use your own in the interest of safety. One pro tip with sun loungers: As is the tradition, you will get to the pool and find it deserted except for a sea of towels draped on sun loungers. If you cannot find any free onessimply ask the lifeguard and he/she will gladly liberate some for you. Or you can remove the towels yourself. For added fun move the loungers to another location and leave the towels on the floor in their place.Food here is good especially in the restaurant. Plenty to eat although the hot selection can be a little limited and repetitive. If you like a large selection of different foods such as veg/salad/cheese and desserts you will find something different every day. Breakfast was excellent. The snack bar offers various different foods throughout the day including sweet and savoury options and fresh fruit. Drinks are standard with beer/wine/soft drinks and water available to help yourself. The bar offers more options including cocktails which are quite good. Our room was extremely clean and well appointed, it was refreshed everyday and we never had an issues. The resort is located on a hill and there isn't much around to see. The beach is a short walk down the road but there are many steps which may be unsuitable for younger/older guests. Alternatively you can access the beach at the bottom of the road but it is quite a walk.We would definitely visit here again for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Thanks to all the staff.

Overall a fantastic holiday!Just finished our week long vacation here and have enjoyed everyday. 3 adults and 1 child and there’s always been something to do for us all. Pools are a good size, hotel is extremely clean and rooms are brilliant. Extremely good value for money. All staff are polite and friendly and the animation team are all incredible! Evening entertainment was great for all the family to enjoy. Mini disco for the kids at the start of each night with a variety of bingo, raffles and musical shows. It is clear the entertainment team put in a lot of work to make everyone feel welcome and to have an amazing holiday! Please pass on our thank yous to them.

Had a Really nice holiday, hotel is spacious and clean as well as rooms. There was also 4 kittens that were around the hotel but there wasn’t a shaded place for them with water or any food which i have seen in other hotels in Gran Canaria. Me and my partner didn’t enjoy the food at all as a vegetarian there wasn’t great options and everything just tasted plain and we ended up eating out or getting uber eats most nights. Pools are great though and nice places to visit.

Ignore the silly reviews about the shade and food. We've just returned from a fantastic family holiday at this hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. I will try to elaborate further below;Service/StaffWe arrived at the hotel at 21:30 and the receptionist promptly gave us our bands and ushered us into the restaurant so we could get some food and said he would check us in afterwards - A great first impression. Most of the staff were courteous and always smiling and happy to help, we did however encounter a grumpy lady in the restaurant who told my wife off for not being able to find a spoon and taking one from on top of their service stand, then the same lady asked my parents to move to a smaller table as they were not allowed to reserve seats until we came down to join them for dinner (even though there were several free tables around at those points). Nothing major but it was annoying.FoodThe restaurant is not 'a la carte' although some reviewers on here seem to think it should be. The food was great in my opinion, a low level servery for the children was great with the ice cream station just behind it. Every day there were freshly cooked dishes, ranging from eggs and omelettes at breakfast to fish and meat choices for lunch and dinner. The food was plentiful and was topped up and replaced regularly, although it was slightly repetitive, there was more than enough on offer to be able to go up for seconds etc and have a completely different choice. From memory, there were always; pizza, pasta, meat, fish, paella/risotto, stew and or curries on offer and lunch and dinner. You have to be a very picky eater or just expect Michelin star not to enjoy the food here. The top bar area always had chips, burgers, hot dogs, pizza and nuggets etc as well as fresh fruit and cakes for snacking between meals or if you didn't fancy going to the restaurant for lunch. Overall we were impressed wit the food offering at the hotel.PoolsWith two young children (3 and 5) with us the pools and children's areas were great. They both had great fun in the small pool and as it was very shallow, we felt comfortable being able to watch them play from our sunbeds. There is a lot of fixed shaded areas around this pool which is perfect for families and younger children. The middle pool was also great with two levels, which allowed space and depth for both to jump in (although diving is not permitted) The other pool had the slides in and we only ventured in there once as both were not competent enough swimmers to be allowed to use the slides.Overall an excellent family holiday and we would certainly go back!

Stayed here with my daughter, her husband, and 2 grandchildren. The food was excellent and a great selection three times a day. There is a snack bar near the pool where there is a more basic menu of burgers, hotdogs, chips, and fruit. The inclusive drinks were fine: there is beer, red, white, and rose wine, and sangria on tap in several locations. Also colas, lemonade 7up etc. So you need never be thirsty! All in all we had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend the hotel.

But also space to have quiet time for those that prefer it.Excellent food and drink and animation team were one of the best I have come across .All the staff were friendly and helpful but 2 that stood out were Slevka on reception and Gonzalo from the animation team.Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We've spent week in Abora and I realy enjoyed it. Maybe I would not rate it 4 star hotel but it was pleasant stay. Service was excellent, stuff kind and helpful. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and it was sorted while we enjoyed the sun by the pools. Pools were great, 2 bigger one and one for little children. Didn't use adults only one but looked very nice. Water was clean and pool looked great at night. No heating in the pool so it could put someone off but I didn't mind and spent hours with my kids and enjoyed great slides. Hot tubs were my daughter favourite place 😂. Nice playground and sport ground. Drinks and snacks through almost all day, nice selection of drinks available in few places. Very big choice of food, fruits, deserts and snacks although a bit more of the variation would be nice. Entertainment not always the best but we had some fun including my karaoke performance 😳😂Entertainment team were great and big thanks for they hard work, including kids club.In overall very pleasant stay 👍

It's a lovely hotel, rooms are well set up and family friendly. The cleaners are excellent and punctual, everything is really clean. There is always food and drink available, the menu is a bit repetitive and not overly child friendly. But it's not a deal breaker, the area is remote but the hotel does offer a free bus service daily. The pool is lovely but cold in Feb 🤣. It's a very outdoor setup, not a lot to do indoors so in the winter months bring some warm clothing for the evening entertainment. The entertainment staff are full of energy and very friendly:).

Animation team are incredible and special shout out to Olivija who was just so amazing with my daughter. We loved our stay and this hotel is just perfect for families. You can always find something you like for food and can’t fault the service. Rooms super clean and good choice of drinks on all inclusive. All the staff were amazing and so helpful. A holiday is really what you make it and we got involved with so much of the activities and just loved it.Only issue we had was location as nothing was really walkable however taxis are cheap enough. Evening entertainment we weren’t too impressed with because mini disco felt too short and didn’t like the entertainment following but personal taste. We will be back

We did a couples trip and stayed in room 4309 which was spotless. Lots of quality toiletries and kept clean and towels changed daily.Restaurant was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a good, varied selection. Some food cooked out in view which is always good to see. Service in restaurant was good with plates etc cleared quickly. Drinks are self service. We spent our days by the adults-only infinity pool (book a double deluxe room for this or pay a daily fee to give access). This was very peaceful and has a small self service bar with beer and soft drinks but is only a minute walk to main pool bar for other drinks/snacks.Overall really good value for money - we would return!

Just got home from the most amazing 8 days holiday here! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I couldn't fault anything at all. So much food to choose from, drinks on tap, the pools were amazing and the slides were so much fun!! The animation team were great, they always had something going on for the adults and children during the day and a mini disco at night followed by shows for the adults, a massive shout out to Bobby, one of the entertainment team who always put so much effort and enthusiasm into everything he did. He always made an effort to speak to you and is just a genuinely lovely guy. Missing it so much already and I can't wait to come back one day! I would definitely recommend this hotel, I couldn't fault it one bit. The rooms were beautiful, massive and clean, we had a pool view. The workers of the hotel are on it 24 7 making sure everywhere is clean and tidy. Our son made a friend in one of the lifeguards, who was his favourite one and always made an effort to talk too. There was never any struggle getting a sun bed around the pool or a table at meal times and taxis where cheap enough to go into the main towns and have a look around. The area is just beautiful. Overall an amazing family holiday and met some amazing people along the way. Thank you Abora interclub ☀️❤️

If you find this place on a deal I would 100% recommend it but don't pay full price! The food was fab, great selection at every meal in the restaurant part. The snacks out by the pool are edible but not the best, the ones in the reception are stale but there's always fruit. The all inclusive starts at 11am and ends 11pm, it includes all the cheap stuff. There are machines in the reception that have 24hour drinks from wine to beer and fruit juices/soft drinks. The rooms are beautiful and there's alot of space for a family of 4, we've stayed in a family room and a suite. If you're with Jet2 your all inclusive is on until you leave but for any others it ends at 12pm on the day you leave. Don't pay for a room on the last day, book in to use the complimentary room for an hour or so as it was showers and everything you need to get ready before you leave. It's a nightmare trying to get a bed by the pool on a weekend but seems to die down in the week and there needs to be more parasols. There's a spa at the bottom of the hill for any food/drinks you may want and some smaller shops on site that are great and the staff are always so friendly.Overall I would recommend it for a cheap family holiday! It has the best view of the beaches below!

This place was my first holiday abroad and didn't disappoint until the very end day. There was breakfast from 7:30 until 11am then the help yourself type food hall opened including beer and none fizzy/fizzy drinks for the kids all day until 11pm, I wanted a resort not massive as I was a bit wary with taking young kids abroad for my first time and it was fine, entertainment from 8:30pm kids club til 9. Staff lovely, and cocktails right next to the entertainment, pools were clean and we all spent most of the time time on the complex. The air con was good in the rooms and the cleaning was perfect such a nice holiday. The only downside was that our booking stated 11.50pm check out as our flight home was 9pm and we weren't advised to check out by 12 that day, so after unexpectedly paying a deposit for the room at 50 euro, we lost half of it because of checking out after this time which was a let down right at the end.

The staff cared for the family to stay closer to the restaurant and area of the main facilities, they are very are very attentive to children, the hotel has great facilities for children - playgrounds, swimming pools, ténis and football courts, animation. They also care for quietness after 11pm and address concerns with noise.Access to a black sand beach is in 10 minutes through a step staircase in the side of the, a few minutes more if we walk all the way through the street, and with 3-4 free transfers to a golden sand beach 🏖 a couple of KM away. The facilities are well cared for albeit the years the building(s) has(ve). Beds and linens are alright.Eventually maintenance at the beginning of the season could care a little more to have all A/C and sink waterways taken care of before having have the clients report issues, and rather clean, but I &would say it’s a minor think as the team was always available to address concerns. This is a 5* review matching the expectation of a 4* hotel, the value for money and the real good & adequate facilities and service for families with small children. I do recommend the hotel.

- Food is great. Lots of variability and freshly prepared.- Animation team was great. Varied of activities for adults and kids.- Grounds well kept. Lots of space and free sunbeds for everyone, at least in March.- Two of three pools were heated. Fun small water slides.-Few rooms have views.Beds and pillows are hard. You can rent better pillows for 6 euro per night. 😬 This feels wrong.. You can also get a softer top mattress if you ask the reception.-All inclusive drinks come from a machine. Not very good. Only 5 types of drinks are free. Free beer and wine is ok. You can get real drinks of you pay more.- Service is generally good.- The WiFi is a bit flaky sometimes.

Currently sat in the lobby writing this review with 3 nights left. This hotel has been nothing less than perfect. We are a family with 2 young children (4 & 2) and we have all had an amazing time.Rooms:Clean, tidy, spacious, very comfy beds, beds made daily, rooms swept and mopped daily, bathroom cleaned. We had a family room with a patio and small grass/garden area. Fab for the children to run around. Very bright and colourful. Children have slept the best they’ve ever slept at night here.Pools:Kids pool is fab. Nice and warm and the kids loved it. Other pools slightly chilly and the jacuzzi are freezing but the bubbles were enjoyed by the kids.Food:Outstanding! Lots and lots of choice - people complaining they couldn’t find anything they liked to eat then I’d love to know what they eat at home!!! We’ve not been disappointed. My husband has enjoyed the prawns and I absolutely loved the tereyaki chicken! Even the children have eaten plenty AND tried new foods! Can’t fault it!Entertainment:The animation team is fab. Super friendly and enthusiastic. Really get the kids going and involved. Our daughters LOVED the mini disco and rinsing the bank account in the arcade!!!! The frozen show and grease show was absolutely brilliant!!! Loved every second.Location:Yes the hotels on top of a hill but that means the views are great. 10 minute walk to the beach by steps or road. Beach is lovely. Sun beds only €4.50 each to rent for the day! Bargain!!! Beautiful restaurants lining the promenade for lunch and dinner.Staff:Super friendly, great with the kids. Couldn’t do enough for the kids.Snack bar:This is great!!! The kids loved snacks ‘on tap’ it had a great variety of snacks and again even the kids tried new things. Will deffo return. Loving our stay x
Food was of good quality and tasty. The animation was fantastic. My childrens had a blast. The slides are great but most importantly the personal was really helpful and friendly.

Loved this place! Can't think of a thing to complain about. Lovely, clean room w/ a great view, soo quiet which is what we were looking for. The restaurant area is brilliant, the food's delicious & the variety is incredible at every meal; the staff are really friendly & any of them could chat away to any member of a family, couldn't say enough about them, they will look after you in there. The covid procedures in the hotel are in full effect, the staff look to have been well trained & to be fair to them, they are constantly cleaning and they gave us a feeling of security from the off. Lots of space when you want to get some rays, activities for the kids & a bit of entertainment after dinner. We're already planning our next trip back!

The Animation ist very funny...the Animation is a great change from the pool and everyday life. it was very nice here.the food is good ... could be a little hotter. but otherwise large selection and delicious. even our daughter always found something and liked to try new things.it's fun to watch the animation team, we have a lot of fun at work and they bring that to the audience too.the only negative is that there are no umbrellas by the pool. There are 5 fixed umbrellas but none for the remaining 100. therefore it is difficult to find a place in the shade with a child.

Great covid routines, strict guidelines in operation which makes you feel very safe and at ease, Rooms are well equipt, modern decor, and immaculately clean with maid daily and kettle & cups in each room, hotel grounds and swimming pools are well maintained clean & tidy, lovely family and couple environment with nice little pool and splash park for the kiddies, with water slides for the older children. Please note if you are after the adult only pool you will need to book an adult only room. Now to the all inclusive food and bar areas, staff extremely help & knowledgeable and the food for a buffet restaurant has been out of this world, 24 hour drinking machines and snacks, cannot find any faults with the food, drink or hotel. The hotel is well situated only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. Last but not least I cannot finish this review with mentioning the front of house guy at reception (name to follow) who has been absolutely amazing.

Really great hotel. Big green garden, enough swimming pools with clean fresh water every day. All inclusive food is tasty, with big choice of different food: both local and standard ones. Kids very welcome, plenty of places for fun! Highly recommended 👍🔥🏄‍♀️🤽‍♂️☀️☀️🏊‍♀️🍻

Great location, close to the airport and to the sea. Excellent food. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant as well. What really positively surprised me, how the hotel was able to manage covid restrictions. Restaurant is very spacefull, no queues, well organised. Garden is fabulous with heated swimming pool. My family really enjoyed the stay here. Nice place I can recommend for your stay.
