What an absolutely excellent afternoon. My partner and I have both never been on a horse before at all, yet thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The first 10 minutes are terrifying but once you relax and realise the horse knows exactly what to do it's amazing. So trust your horse!!After asking our Tui rep who would only offer the time they had (only one option), we whatsapped ourselves and they told us what times were available and arranged collection from our hotel and back again. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and all round fantastic. They choose a horse for your height and experience, give you all the instructions you need and then you're off!! Would highly recommend, definitely worth it. It was 59€ each, including collection from and to accommodation and 2 hour trek.Thanks for a great experience! And thanks to Jara & Nano.

Lovely sunset ride, haven't been on a horse in a good long time, so I'm not knowledgeable, but was a lovely ride and my niece and her friend had a great time. If you do go riding, take sunglasses for the bright sun & the dust.Rode Guru, who was a cheeky boy who wanted to be the one in the lead. I don't think Luna particularly enjoyed being behind him either.Thank you for a wonderful ride and good luck

Booked via WhatsApp and collected from our hotel punctually. We were taken to the stables, and very efficiently given a briefing and assigned our horses. Water and other drinks were available on site or you can take your own small bottle

Really good. Horses in good condition and seemed content, stables reasonably clean. Instruction was perfunctory but adequate, kit was good and the ride was long enough. Didn’t get to gallop or canter but had two complete novices in the group so fair enough.Overall great. Wear long trousers and closed shoes though. There’s a reason you don’t see cowboys in shorts (unless they’re builders of course)

The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring a safe and memorable experience.I had opted for the two hour session with pickup/ drop off. Unfortunately I had to travel to maspalomas bus station from Las Palmas to be picked up.I would suggest wearing sunglasses as it can be quite dusty.The staff took the time to match me with a horse that suited my riding experience and comfort level, ensuring that I felt at ease throughout the entire journey. They provided clear instructions and guidance, making sure I understood the basics of horse riding and felt confident in the saddle.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience, never sat on horse before. The staff was great and helpful. The horses were nice and calm. The route went on a beautiful scenery. As a first time rider, couldn't ask for more. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I have experience with horse riding and always find it tricky to find horse friendly places in tourist places. The people from El Salobre take good care of the horses. The ride is quite simple because the groups are mixed from no experience at all to a lot of experience. They do split the group up later to do a trot, and if the experience allows a short gallop up. We allowed the horse to decide the speed in gallop, so it was fast and fun 😊.

I went horse riding for two hours with El Salobre in november 2022.After being picked up at the hotel by the cheerful driver Gabi, we were welcomed by two enthousiastic ladies at El Salobre. In fluent English they asked about everyones experience, gave some (safety-)information about the trip and then assigned everyone a fitting horse.They did a great job at matching the right horse with the right rider. Less experienced riders get an extremely calm horse, while the ones with a more experience get one with a bit more character. But in any case, even the last ones were kind and gentle horses. In the end everyone got the perfect horse for this trip.The trip itself guides you through rocky terrain with fantastic views. So we went on a slow walkingpace most of the time. Don't expect a wild ride here, trotting or galloping in this terrain is a no-go. But on a flat road we trotted for a short distance and galloping was possible in a certain (sandy) area. You get great panoramas of the inland hills and walk in between cactae on small roads that lead up and down. But never the road felt dangerous or unsafe, and the horses know the terrain well.Midway, there was space for a short break where everyone was offered water and the possibility to get a picture taken with their own phone.Overall, I really enjoyed this calm, relaxed trip. Thanks to the professional supervision from Laura (and the other girl which name I forgot), the fitting horses and the great scenery I had a great fornoon. Thank you a lot!

Great day out , hotel pick up and drop off was hassle free. Horses are well maintained and healthy. Expect to get a bit dirty as sandy / dusty sometimes difficult areas will be visited during your ride, but beautiful views will make for it. Overall amazing experience for horse 🐎 lovers ❤️. And can't wait to do it again 😜.

Lovely morning ride! They matched the horses perfectly with the riders. They also split the group in who can and who can't ride based on experience. The road can be rocky but the horses know every little stone and step perfectly fine over it. The horses are well taken care off! You walk a lot but with experience you can have a little trot and gallop. I don't mind just walking the view was amazing! The girls where very nice and gave us some information about the horses. Also we had a good laugh with the guy that picked us up from the hotel and brought us back. Thank you all❤

My 9-year-old son and me had a wonderful time on a 2-hour horseback ride- we had never done it but the animals were so calm and sweet that we never felt in any danger, although the terrain wasn’t an easy one at all - up and down some small paths in the lava-mountains, sometimes between some lovely ensembles of cacti- memorable for sure. Our guides Laura and Nicole weren’t only very nice people but also took great care of their animals, some of them rescued from previous (bad) owners. 5 we’ll deserved stars for sure!!!

We had a wonderful tour of 2hr. You can see the horses are well taken care of. All the animals are rescue and given a forever home with caring People. Lovely initiative. A must do experience

Just got back from a wonderful 2 hour excursion. The horses are clearly very well cared for, they are absolutely gorgeous 😍. I'm a complete beginner, my daughter loves horse riding and made me go with her 🤣 ... the staff are brilliant, so kind and reassuring. I rode Titanic who was absolutely perfect, so chilled out. A really great day xxx

The owners are very kind, but it's way too expensive for what you get. The ride was shorter then announced, and we didn't even go trot and canter, even though I was promised to on the phone. The horses are great and really calm, but anyway I'm disappointed.

So unfortunately this place didn't meaet my expectations.Last week I booked the 2 hour experience for me and my daughter. We arrived at the venue early as we've previously ridden before in Cyprus and the uk.People arrived late, so we became late to start.After mounting the horses my daughter was abit upset after initially being excited.I understand the staff were busy but rushed trying to carry on with the experience due yo our group being so large.When we were exiting the arena 2 of the horses played up. Titanic carried ok walking backwards and walked into the wall knocking another horse w, whilst pink flower went to bite another horse.This camototion resulted in my daughter becoming really upset. They took us off the horses said they had to go as they were running late and left us with a poor older who spoke no English. As the 2 ladies who could speak very good English went on the excursion.I asked for a taxi the gentleman didn't understand so took us to the next town and left us.This was abit scary. Never theless I contact this company, requesting if we could back and try when they were less busy. I had no response and they claim to have given me options. Which they didn't but had given refunds I felt I would have the same experience. Clearly not.Initially as they had some bad reviews they seemed to handle them well. Clearly, not this time. Hence I'm writing this review.

Having ridden lots at home and now finally being able to go away of course I booked to go riding. The whole experience from booking to being picked up at my hotel and then an easy drive to the stables was amazing. The staff and escorts were lovely and friendly. The horses were well looked after and wonderfully presented. There was a basic instruction talk at the beginning which was good as there were a lot of beginners with no experience. I was lucky enough to enjoy a gallop and overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend these lovely people, stables and horses. 5 stars all the way. 🐎❤️🐎

Well organized stable, the horses seemed happy enough and well taken care of. We did a private excursion in the hills. The paths were quite uneven and stony so we were mostly walking, however there were a few places for a trot and a canter. The guide was friendly.

Very recommend.Very nice people and georges horses in good shape.It’s very nice to do a small trip one day you shouldn’t t miss it.You can completely relax in the Landescape and the Price is completely okey for the service.

One of the best things I have done ever! Whole experience was great. Pick up on time, nice driver and confindence inspiring guides. Well behaved horses for all riding levels. Rode with my wife and 8 year old daughter.
