Fresh Seafood from Galicia
“Come to try one of our specialities: Paellas made with fresh seafood from Galicia and our daily homemade broths to give it an authentic flavour. Also, one of our other favourites is the fresh suckling lamb from Segovia cooked with rosemary and garlic for 24 hours in the oven. So tender it can be eaten with a spoon.
On the other hand, for the meat lovers, we have an amazing 28-day dry-aged rib steak of beef from the Spanish region of Ávila. We have some of the best tapas in the south of the island.”
