With an ever increasing Italian community on Gran Canaria we are fortunate to have some really great quality Italian restaurants on the island. In the very heart of the marina of Puerto Mogán, tucked away just behind the bandstand you will find the wonderful Ristorante & Pizzeria 377.
We tried it and LOVED Ristorante 377!
The Ristorante & Pizzeria 377 has an authentic Italian feel, with wooden tables and chairs, an open air terrace which is both cosy and inviting and the food certainly did not disappoint our team at Love Gran Canaria Regional.
We were absolutely delighted with our starters of Carpaccio di Carne, 377’s version is super thin slices of meat served with rocket, parmesan shavings, celery, walnut, cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. It really was quite a work of art!
We also shared an Insalata Cocktail which was no simple prawn cocktail I can tell you. It almost looked too good to eat!
For our main course we were once again suprised and excited to try the Tagliatelle in Crosta. A delicious homemade seafood pasta hidden beneath an oven baked pizza style crust, steaming hot and opened right there in front of us!
We also had a Grigliata mista di Carne, a varied mix of perfectly cooked grilled meats served with vegetables and small oven baked potatoes.
We were delighted!
We were so satisfied with our two courses that we just couldn’t find any more room for one of 377’s typical homemade Italian deserts. We did however have space for one of the nicest after meal drinks I think I ever had! It is called Fresello, like Limoncello but with fresh strawberries. I will say no more, it just has to be tried!
377 certainly has something on offer for all tastes, from their fresh homemade pasta, award winning pizzas and exciting meat & fish dishes. Patrizia & Aytemi pride themselves on using fresh ingredients and Italian imported products for that real authentic homemade taste!
The pasta & pizza can also be enjoyed gluten free and they also have plenty of interesting vegetarian & vegan options.
Who Runs Ristorante & Pizzeria 377
From Torino, Piemonte, owner Patrizia and her staff will give you the warmest of welcomes. Her husband Aythami is Canarian, a fantastic chef and he has well and truly mastered the art of Italian cuisine.
They say, their pasta is made with 2 ingredients: Quality & Love. We think we agree! ¡Salud!
