Excellent hotel, beautiful location. In fact best on island since a lot of gran caneria is a cultural wasteland with an infrastructure designed like a scaletrix! Pools, bar and staff are great but treat it as a bed and breakfast since the lunch and dinner are like dog food. Really good local restaurants nearby so not a problem

Very smart and relaxing hotel. Impressive and clean interior. Outside floor tiles are a bit dirty near the pool edge sunbeds but apart from that Very clean. Hotel staff work very hard to keep the place professionally functioning. Good kids entertainment every day. Kind and professional reception staff and made to feel very welcomed. Food and drinks are above average I would say although canteen very busy. Good splash pool and kids pools suitable from young babies to older kids.Shuttle bus daily to Puerto De Mogan which I highly recommend doing at least once.Highly recommend this place.

I’d definitely go back to this hotel if I ever return to Gran Canaria. I love the location, away from the crowded places but only minutes away from the most beautiful beach Amadores or the busier places like Mogán or Puerto Rico (by car). Apparently also the area with the most sun on the island (south-west).The hotel has great views; my room was modern and clean. The staff is friendly in all areas. Particularly the receptionist Iliara (hope I got that right) was absolutely lovely and very helpful during my short stay end of January. 😊The food was good and varied, I could always find something I liked. Loved the potato wedges and the Pizza slices. The staff seemed busy but a few times I had trouble to find a clean and prepared table, despite a lot being available as people have left. Additionally, there is no “view” as the normal restaurant is located below the pool area. You’d have to pay extra to use the upper restaurant next to the pool.Parking is either expensive or you walk about 12 minutes to get it for free.Kids are welcome but there weren't many - if you don't want any, you need to stay in the sister hotel at the other end of the beach.

Lovely hotel and holiday! Excellent selection of drinks (all branded) We stayed in the junior suite and had the escencia package so access to the sit down restaurant. This is the same menu each night with 1 special. Just note that if you want a hotel holiday then it’s perfect, not much to do in Taurito other than the water park so will need a car (or public transport) to explore or even go for a walk (no promenade)

Amazing location, great views from room's balcony, sunsets and sunrises just 5 min away, beach next to hotel with bars, watersports activities and sunbeds. Supposed to be perfect review but...2 days after checked in, my wife got food poisoning which was pretty much severe and lasted like 24hours. We thought it was coincidence but 2 days after I got it myself, same condition and lasted 24hours. Can't be just such a luck.Room looks clean but again cockroaches everytime you switch the lights on in the bathroom.Restaurant service was just an absurd, looks like a lot of stuff but waiter doesn't know how to open the wine! Really?!?! Dirty plates stayed on the table untill we finish. On dinner time, it is a little bit better (should admit).Luxury dinner was nice but a bit pricey, worth to try ones. Ecensia service potentially could change some points but not much as restaurant needs to be booked 1 day ahead. So in total just ok if you will be luck enough not to get food poisoning.

Well time to go home but what a fantastic holiday we have had.Arrived & had emailed before arrival to ask to upgrade to Esencia. Yurena & Kristian were so helpful nothing too much trouble. On checking in we were upgraded but to a junior suite & we weren’t disappointed it was lovely & spacious. Jack & Jill sinks lovely walk in shower plenty of hanging space & drawer space. We received a complimentary bottle of cava from the hotel & a second from Kristian on reception what a lovely touch & great start to our holiday. The wristband being the access to your room is fantastic & should be brought in at all hotels. All the staff work hard and are very pleasant and make it an enjoyable holiday.Restaurants - as Esencia we could have breakfast & dinner in The One you have to book for dinner 24 hrs in advance however. Dining in there was very pleasant very peaceful & relaxed plenty of space at both sittings. We found the evening menu limited if you don’t like seafood/fish but what we had was lovely. Starters are buffet style & limited if you don’t like fish/seafood. Desserts were lovely fresh fruit & pastries galore. Some foods were lukewarm but a microwave if felt it wasn’t hot enough for you. Amado Julia, Alejandria, Diego & Natalia in The One were fantastic making our dining experience even better so thank you.Food market- we had lunch in here never had an issue always found something to eat.Pool - as Esencia you have an exclusive area with padded sun beds which was ideal for us. The staff regularly came round checking only Esencia guests who had paid for the upgrade were using them which we thought was good. There is a no towels on sunbeds before 10am policy unless you are staying on them. If you leave towels on beds they are removed again a policy that is implemented. Plenty of sunbeds throughout the whole area so not an issue anyway.Animation team- have to say they work hard we have to mention Alvaro he was a gem as were all but he stood out to us.Esencia upgrade - is it worth it.. yes in our opinion it was definitely worth it.Would we return … most definitely & look forward to returning in Dec.Thank you for a fantastic holiday all of you.Tracey & Dean 😊

We had a fantastic week at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is excellent, with shops just a short walk away, and the friendly cats outside the resort added a charming touch. Its beachfront setting is perfect for those who enjoy a swim in the sea. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the recent renovations made the hotel feel fresh and inviting. The food was excellent, with a different theme each day, making every meal exciting. With multiple pools and plenty of sunbeds available, finding the perfect spot to relax was effortless. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

All inclusive includes a very good selection of food, great views of Taurito bay, staff great, run very efficiently, enjoyed our holiday here, some upgrading needed in the rooms and loose and cracked floor tiles needing attention on the walk ways but otherwise I would recommend.

Could be great hotel, unfortunately there are issues which have made our visit difficult. If you have an allergy I cannot recommend this hotel - it was very difficult to get clear information on what allergens were in each item of food. They will point you to the food labels, however these are wildly incorrect. For instance a pasta dish which clearly has cheese on it does not have a milk allergy symbol on the label. Similarly a beef stew I was told by a chef contained no dairy did say it did contain dairy on the label. One evening a chef didn’t want to help me and told me to eat broccoli, nothing else and was quite rude.We dined at The One restaurant one evening and the lady taking my order was very reluctant to check if a dish included dairy and refused to check if the sauces had dairy in with the chef, so I ate nothing that night. The menu would say a dish was ok but then a chef would say it included butter - it’s all very confused.I could go on, but in essence eating at this hotel very stressful for those with allergies. When I could get clear guidance on food allergens the dishes I did eat were nice.I would also like to mention that the guest service manager (Tony, I think) tried his very best to sort this issue for us and Melania at the one really did make a difference one evening. Thank you to you both!Hotel cleanliness is very good and the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel has lovely pools and outdoor seating areas with shade.Bar is well stocked.Entertainment is what it is. (Typical Spanish resort entertainment)I would have liked to rate the hotel better but the issues we faced were too great.

Just had a lovely week in Princess Taurito. The staff were very helpful, especially Alex the waiter. The hotel was spotless with wonderful views. The dining room for the evening meal was quite crowded so we opted for the other restaurant which was lovely and quiet. As I have limited mobility, this area suited me as it was flat. The only downside was there were lots of babies and toddlers. We love children but some of them were very badly behaved and the parents did nothing to correct them.We would recommend this hotel, in fact we already have. Terrie

First time in Gran Canaria and this hotel looked amazing.Stayed for a week beginning of January and we had a nice time. There were a lot of positives 😀The hotel was fab great look and clean and tidy.Reception was so helpful with anything needed.Great choice of food and the snack bar was 11 till 5:30 and it’s a restaurant in itself no need to visit the main restaurant for lunch.the heated pool was greatThe views are amazing. Now for the negatives 😟Pool staff need to learn how to smile , very miserable and grumpy. The bar needs more staff as the queue sometimes was long both inside bar and pool bar with 1 staff member at the pool with a full hotel is just ridiculous. The separation between normal all inclusive and gold band is ridiculous, just make the hotel as a whole exclusive not just one part and make people who aren’t gold feel segregated .Entertainment was poor, need more night life and later than 10pm.We have booked in the summer too im hoping that some things would have improved 🤞🏼

Could be so much nicer if run properly. Most staff are rude. Especially around the pool. Never smile, everything is a hassle for them. One of the staff was wearing earphones all day while serving at the pool bar.Food is pretty average in the restaurant. Very hard to get them to bring you wine for some reason. Very annoying.Very little to do in the area if you like to explore shops etc and getting to the nearest town Mogan is a nightmare due to fallen rocks on the road many years ago. So it’s 20 minutes in a taxi every time.Wouldn’t be rushing back mostly due to staff being rude and unhelpful. We asked for water to take to the room at 11.15pm at the bar. They refused us this as after 11 you have to have a gold wristband to get anything from the bar. Kids had to go to bed with nothing to drink for bedtime. (Gold wristbands are very limited and we had tried to upgrade every morning but they said it was oversold). We went to the NYE dinner gala which cost us over £1000 for the nights stay. Never had worse service or food in my life. Everything was freezing cold and looked like it had been sitting out for hours and hours. Service was so so slow and they missed bring us one of the courses. To top it all off we got food poisoning from the 2nd prawn course which was not properly cooked. Spent most of the night being sick. Awful.

Overall we had a postive time at Taurtio Princess. The location is great, it doesn't feel touristy and is a stones throw from the beach. There is an aqua park (entery is an additional cost) in the centre along with an arcade, excursion hut and pharmacy (Herbal / Natural only). The sunset view was spectacualr both from the pool bar and the grassy area overlooking Morgan harbour. All the bars have branded bottles of spirts like Baileys and Jamesons. The hotel is generally very clean and tidy, it has recently been renovated so nothing looks tired. The room had a great view of the beach and sea. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few lovely quite spaces to sit or enjoy a drink in the sun. The food was (mostly) delicous with a decent range. On the negative side, due to having only 1 bar open in the evening there was a lengthy que every night which became annoying. They also ran out of Beer! The entertainment was not great, next to nothing in the day, a short game of ping pong or kids archery and singing in the evening. There was some bingo and karaoke but was all hidden away felt more like a token guesture. The hotel has different levels of wrist bands, Silver (most common) and Gold (Premium). The pool, resturant and sunbeds are divided for the different bands. It was dissapointing to realise that the heated side of the pool was out of bounds along with half the sunbeds. The unheated pool was outragously cold, too chilly to swim in. One bar tender at the pool was consistently very gumpy, almost comical and made you feel like you were pushing your luck asking for a drink! You are able to book into the gold band resturant for one night which we did for our final night and had a terrible expierence. They had run out many of the dishes we ordered which we only found out when we got given a few chips and dried out fish or undercooked pork (pictures attached). I wouldnt reccommend splashing out on this upgrade as it didn't seem worth it to me. Maybe we were just unlucky on the night we were there who knows.I would say the hotel is between 3 and 4 stars. Not bad overall

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a newly renovated, beach front, all-inclusive resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. The renovation (completed in December 2024) has brought a fresh, modern look to the property, making it even more inviting and luxurious. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The staff were always professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the high level of cleanliness throughout the resort. Every corner was spotless, which gave us great peace of mind, especially since we were traveling with children.Speaking of kids, this resort is the perfect choice for families. The facilities and activities for children were outstanding, keeping our little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay.Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a family-friendly vacation spot with exceptional service, cleanliness, and a beautiful beach front location. We'll definitely be returning for our next holiday!

We were told to by animation manager that kids are not allow to run in the front of the main stage when performance is on. Kids were running and having fun 3 days in a row. She said to us to let our kids run on the side of the stage or in the back in the dark. We are talking about kids 4-6 years. Our kids are not the dogs that we can take them on the leash, just because someone decided that kids are not welcomed in this hotel. Terrible thing! You should put on your page that your hotel is only for adults and and kids are not welcomed.

Decent first holiday abroad for me could of been better with the food as it wasn’t the best and the pool was cool but freezing and the pool staff are not very good. Reception were very good and 90% of the people there spoke English Wich was good as well. There’s also an arcade here and if you wanted some euros for the arcade you can ask reception and they would have no problem. I also dropped a football that I won at the arcade as I was doing kick ups with it but the area is pretty good and I enjoyed 90% off it but the only downsides where the food, pool staff and the water park near the hotel Wich the water was so salty and cold that the sea was less salty. The sports bar was really good if you wanted to watch pretty much any sport as you can request to reception if you wanted to put the football or the f1 with a drinks machine in the room with a pool table Wich me and my family and freind played on all the time. I would I like to comeback here one day Because it was good for my first holiday abroad and a memory from my life that I won’t forget.

I recently stayed at the Taurito Princess hotel in Gran Canaria and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views of the ocean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers and a great atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend the Taurito Princess hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gran Canaria.

It’s always difficult to write a constructive review when you have been sick all week but will try to be honest and fair. I rarely give poor reviews but I am struggling with this one.Just to be clear I fell ill on my 2nd day here with severe sickness and diarrhoea. I have no evidence to say that the hotel was to blame as I could have picked up something en route. I was very unwell and did not want to be left alone but the hotel reception refused to bring any water to the room when requested. My wife eventually went to reception and after an argument was given a bottle to bring back.We generally require very few services from hotels like this but this was extreme (for me ) and the hotel failed to provide an acceptable level of service at the point of need.I need to say that the next day addition water was brought to the room and the staff were helpful and courteous. I didn’t want to give a poor review because of the actions on 1 night time receptionist, thus migrating of 3.In general the hotel is clean and friendly; food is good and varied with something for everyone. I would have preferred it if bottled water had been provided for all guests as many other hotels do in the Canaries; I can’t prove it but feel that it may have been the cause of my sickness. We also noticed a number of other guests were sick during our stay.Hot and cold drinks are always available via bars and drinks machines but no table service for drinks, even at breakfast. One pool is heated and there are plenty of loungers.Lifeguard on duty was very attentive and did a great job of keeping things in order.Hotel provides free bus to neighbouring town on market day.Lots of children’s play areas and activities.

We spent a week here recently. The weather was amazing. Blue skies each day. The hotel is next to the beach so pool and sea swim possibly daily. The food was good, staff friendly and room clean. The lifts were a problem and we were on the 10th floor. We had to walk up and down many times. The roads in and out of Taurito are not suitable for walking as too dangerous. However there is a good local bus service to bring you to busier resorts like Mogan and Porto Rico.

We vacationed in December. The hotel is very friendly. The staff is wonderful, the food is plentiful and varied. Not new hotel, those who are looking for something to complain about will find it :). But my family and I had a very good time. Thanks to all the staff.

It's between 3 and 4 stars, the eating to breakfast and lunch was good, in the evening average. The new year eve was very good, also the asian cuisine was really good, the extra cost for popcorn, crepes or waffle are definitely questionable. The hotel and the rooms are OK, some issues with the elevator made it pretty hard to come easy to the floor. The pool is OK, don't believe the policy for reservation the chaislounge is in place ....

Hotel itself is in a very beautiful location .my room was clean , had a really nice smell to it and was comfortable slept well every night . The food plenty available , tasty (variety of flavours ) I.e traditional Spanish dishes no problem with the food aspect . However , I would say overall this hotel is more geared to older children (teenagers ) and adults this isn't much of a problem with my children being around this target age group. The actual location is beautiful with good scenery , but due to the road collapse puerto rico is your central point of travel out to other areas. Travel back into taurito by public transport is unreliable and can be expensive depending on the mode of travel you take . The hotel has thought of everything and does offer free shuttle service , but needs to be prebooked . Never used the service though. Overall , if you have no intentions of doing much and want to lounge around the hotel and area this hotel is perfect for just that . If you have intentions of travelling to the mountains , local villages and other areas of gran canaria it not a great base point.

We have just returned from Taurito Princess having spent 2 weeks there. I would recommend this hotel. The food was always good and the tables were cleared quickly. Sadly the drinks machines were often empty so you had to find a member of staff to get them refilled. Our room was fine but the furniture was a little tired. The rooms are cleaned and serviced every day. (Except for one day when ours got missed!)The pool area and gardens are really nice and well kept. The location is a little bit isolated due to the road to Puerto Mogan still being closed. However the hotel does provide a free bus every morning.

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Taurito Princess. Being wary of all inclusive I was taken aback by the quality of the resort only made better by the staff restaurant house keeping and reception all could not have been more helpful or polite. This made the holiday remarkable along with the facilities pools x3 gym sun beds aplenty no problem to soak up the sun with entertainment to amuse the kids and adults alike. The food choices at every meal were vast catering for all needs freshly prepared and replenished as quickly as it was consumed. Food and drink available at any time served with a smile. Thank you to all members of staff at the Taurito Princess for a great holiday.Isabelle Rutherford

If you search for a family all-inclusive hotel, you will find it here and will be satisfied.Program for kids, swimming pool, very close to the beach, aquapark next doors... Perfect.Of course, if you look for a romantic place for couples, you should choose something else. The rooms are clean and in a good shape if you consider the age of the hotel. The only exception are sofas - they should be changed, not anymore suitable for acceptable sleep.Food - standard holiday all inclusive, you cannot count with a high level of gastronomy, but it is okay and you always find something for you.

I just want to say BIG THANK YOU to everyone in the hotel who made my holiday unforgettable. The hotel is located in a great place, you have the beach just in front of it!After reading some of the reviews I was a bit anxious about my choice, but after being there for 7 days I can honestly recommend it and if I am ever to come back to Gran Canaria, it is going to be the same hotel.Every single member of staff was working really hard to provide the best service. I just wonder what some people mean when they say the staff was rude??????In my case, I noticed everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling, and I mean everyone. Maybe it was also important that I acknowledge the other people's presence by saying hello😜The hotel itself is great with the glass lifts, which will present you with magnificent views. The food was very good, even my son, who is a fussy eater, loved it! And he doesn't like hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken nuggets, so he didn't have it there either. He had proper food, and I was impressed by how much he ate.You will not be hungry as there is some food all the time. The swimming pool was great, and the lunch area overlooking the ocean was amazing. However, I agree that the air conditioning was not that strong, which, in fact, was good for me, as I don't like it too strong. I was not also impressed by the fact that you have to pay for the better alcoholic drinks, but it was clearly stated, and it is their right. The water park is really close, we went there as well, and as the hotel guests we were offered some discount.I was perfectly happy in Playa Taurito, good shops, mini golf next to the water park. We only went to the Aquarium in Las Palmas, tui trip - we enjoyed it as well.I think it depends on what you want from your holiday. We found everything we wanted there.

We are staying here now 18th July, wasn’t sure what to expect before we arrived but are really pleased with everything, rooms are great all with sea views, despite what we had read the food and drinks are excellent, the location is perfect, 30 seconds to the lovely beach with loads of sun beds (10 euros fir 2 beds & umbrella for the whole day) bargain. There is also a great water park 2 min walk from the hotel, again very reasonable prices £38 euros for two adults and one child for the day. Back to hotel, staff are fantastic, all areas are spotlessly cleaned, although it is quite a big hotel it is very spacious with lots of quite areas and an abundance of sun beds (no need to get a towel down at 6am) there are plenty at all times of the day. Overall 10 out of 10, we will definitely return. Keep up the great work to all of the staff.

We got all inclusive at the hotel ,lots of things was extra pay so thats why we got a bit disappointed.Beach bar which is a part of the hotel do not offer a drinks in the price.Freshly made orange juice, nespresso coffe extra pay. There is a option for buying a drinks deluxe for around 20€ pd pp.Food was overcooked and not really lots of choice.Overall good location beautiful views and closed to everything.Hotel rating 2/5

Had a great week at Taurito Princess. The room and hotel as a whole was really clean, and the staff were great too. There's self service soft drinks, juices, wine and beer in all the bars and restaurants which was great for quick service, but sometimes the staff were a bit slow in replacing or fixing these. A few times the drinks were off for a while.Food was great. And the timings of service meant you were never without anything you may want.Grounds are beautiful, with great sea views from everywhere.Taurito is a little quiet, with not much to explore outside the hotel, and the sea was always to rough to swim. Not a problem for us as our 3 year old loved the pools (especially the dragon pool), arcade, and kids club in the hotel just fine!We caught the shuttle into Mogan one day. Mogan was lovely, but we were dropped around 10am and the return was 1pm so not really enough time to explore. A secondary pick up later in the day would have been great. All in all, would recommend this hotel thoroughly.

I stayed here the first week of June. With my partner and 4 children. We requested a joining room which we got, it meant we could all be together as they didnt have rooms big enough for us all.We spent the majority of our time by the pool. Children's pool was good for the little ones. A slide and sprinklers. The large pool was good. Plenty of space for everyone. Although lots of loose tiles around and could do with some repairing.I personally like a bit of music on but it was quite boring during the day. Not really any atmosphere. My daughter (4) was constantly asking me for snacks. And being all inclusive, I thought there would be food on offer other than at meal times. There was 2 days in the week where there was left over breakfast put out and that was just some fruit and cold meats. Nothing exciting. And it took for other guests to tell me about this as they heard my daughter asking for food. I didn't know there was an area where there was occasionally left over food out. No signs, no information given on arrival. There were drink stations around the hotel.Beer, wine and hot drinks. There was also a machine that dispensed apple, orange and pineapple juice, but you'd be lucky if any of them were working!! Many times I had to go on the hunt to get the children a drink. We unfortunately had a couple days of bad weather during our stay. We took the children to the kids club. And I have to say, the staff there were amazing. They interacted with the kids. There was colouring, soft play, table tennis and various other bits to entertain the children. There was a small outdoor play area. I did notice on the photos that it showed 2 play areas but could only seem to find 1.I felt that the food was very basic. I had almost the same meal for lunch and dinner every day. I appreciate that supplying food for hundreds of people is a huge challenge and you can't please everyone. We never went hungry at meal times. There was something for everyone. There was quite a few bugs in the restaurant. Not sure what they were but not all that pleasent watching them crawl on the table and up the walls while you're eating. The rooms and lobby areas were very clean. Beds made everyday, clean towels. Cleaning staff were super friendly. The water park next to the hotel was supposedly meant to be discounted as we were staying at the hotel but we were charged full price. Also in my opinion over priced for what it was.The water was extremely salty. Very dated and old.We attended the mini disco in the evenings. The children had a brilliant time dancing and copying the actions. The staff that did it were super fun and interacted with the kids.Lots of little souvenir shops in the area. Very over priced in my opinion but everything is over expensive these days. €20 for a bottle of sun cream did seem very excessive! Unfortunately one of those things. The lifts are very hit and miss. Walking up to the 11th floor wasn't a highlight of my week that's for sure, and then to get to our rooms and have no water wasn't particularly fun!Absolutely loved all the plants though!Lots of the inside of the hotel is open to the outside. Loads of trees and plants everywhere. There was a cat roaming around and often asleep in the lobby. The kids loved seeing where it was from day to day.Our flight home was an evening flight. We checked out of our room and then booked a 45min courtesy room for later in the day so we could shower and change. This was at no charge. We were not given any information about this though and just happened to find out during the week from other guests. On the whole, we all had a lovely week. Lots of fun had and memories made despite a few minor inconveniences.

We arrived late on Thursday 25th May 2023, after check-in which was very quick and easy they told us that they would be re-opening the Restaurant at 23.00 p.m. for us which was brilliant as we hadn't eaten since lunch, the rooms we had ( a suite, had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, (We had taken our Grandchildren) plenty of storage, we upgraded to the premium drinks package which included large bottles of water, special cocktails for the children fruit smoothie and special posh coffees otherwise you have to pay extra, we used our premium to the max it works out at 17 euros per day per adult, for us it was well worth it. There was lots of choice for food something for everyone, including people with allergies. The staff are extremely friendly, always helpful, we came away with another family so there were 10 of us, 1 birthday one 1st Wedding Anniversary and they were so helpful in arranging tables and special meals with cakes and decorations.. If you have time do the trip to Mogan for the dolphin and market trip, this was amazing, very large pod of about 50 dolphins who played and swam round the boat amazing for the children. The swimming pools were brilliant spent a lot of time there plenty of placed to get drinks to cool down. All in all we had an amazing week didn't want to leave, it was very hot, plenty of factor 50, take plenty as the shops charge a fortune, plenty of places to buy souvenirs. All in all a fab place to bring our Grandchildren, plenty to do and entertainment every evening, the children met and made lots of new friends, fab views, beach, shops and an hotel with amazing staff who go above and beyond.

The views are amazing, the rooms were bright, new and spacious and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed here for 4 nights, but it wasn't enough! You'd want to stay forever! The staff were fantastic and accomodating and the place had such a peaceful relaxing vibe. Great gym with a seaview! Also don't forget to do a spa session, as they do them on a bed looking out to the beach! The staff were excellent! Thanks so much for making this a memorable time for the family! You all are stars!

Had a holiday here for a week. The hotel is all inclusive of food and non label drinks. The premises are kept spotlessly clean in the rooms and public areas including around the pool which is busy during the day. There's a nice hut (la choza) area with open sides by the restaurant where you can eat your meal with lovely sea views. By the hut is a garden area by the sea.Food is very good with a wide choice of dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with chefs cooking on hot plates at meal times. It can get busy and noisy at meal times, but tables are always available, with lots of 2 and 4 place tablesIn the evening a show is put on with a different variety act every evening which last about 45 minutes from 9.15pm onwards. There are different pool areas with shallow ones for young children. In the centre of the main pools is a bar, Coco Loco with drinks available. There are 3 panoramic lifts serving the hotel, all of which emerge above the main central hall area for the upper floors, and are a fun ride!

Lovely staff and great venue for families who want to get away from the normal busy holiday areas, bit remote from the town but didn't mind as we went all inclusive it wad great and food fantastic, great entertainment in the evening in the piano bar, great atmosphere and great sangria 😀 lots of quiet areas , was a bit busy by the pool , so went to the beach a lot too. Lovely sunsets in the evening and would definitely return.

A typical hotel for all inclusive. Breakfast lunch and dinner . Variety was OK but not above expectations. Quite often food was cold before you sat down with it. Joined many others in the hunt to find a clean plate and table but this does happen sometimes. Entrance to the hotel was bland and felt dated but again still OK. Cleaners were very limited on English so it was nice to practice the Spanish! Staff in the restaurants gave themselves priority over you majority of the time and would push past you while your holding food and drink. Plenty of seating and loungers available for January time so no issues there. A nice trickle of activities throughout the day and night.

Very good hotel. Staff were excellent.Quiet area with a few bars and restaurants nearby. Can't walk to any close villages.Breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner average. One thing to consider is the lifts.Three lifts. You have to order for your floor. You then get allocated a lift..A, B or C. Then you wait, and wait, and wait.During busy times (after meals) you wait for a very long time. So everyone requests all floors extending waiting times. We had to walk to floor 7 many times.Princess Hotels....this needs to be reviewed. Please 🙂

Spotlessly clean and efficency run. Good range of food for an all inclusive. Would have liked bar staff to be a little more attentive as while serving chat so miss things like....no lemon please. Location great for older couples, young families might struggle but a discounted watermark directly outside. Beach too but not for weak swimmers.

Fantastic location for families and couples. Everything you need for a great holiday,on your doorstep. The all inclusive catering is the best we’ve ever had, the hotel caters for every dietary need, with a great selection of buffet and freshly cooked food, outstanding. Excellent value for money.

Great views, modern hotel, good food. Two large swimming pools with a bar in the middle, 2 restaurants, professional staff. Very close to a sandy beach where you can enjoy the waves, aquatic sports or just sunbathing. 2 minutes walk to a big aqua park. Overall, a great spot to relax and have fun!

Lovely hotel . Came back last week after taking my daughter & granddaughter away for the week . Paid for all inclusive but wasn’t expecting for premier all inclusive. What’s that about . If you pay for drinks & food , why do you not get it all 🤔I have never been anywhere “All inclusive “ where you pay for certain drinks ! Couldn’t even get a smoothie 😡 Rooms beautiful , well ours was . Very clean , everyday . Food was nice ( usual as holidays go ) . Apart from Piano room , nothing really exciting to do for adults . My only gripe with the hotel was the drinks machines were constantly broke , empty or just switched off ! Not good when a 2 year old wants a drink . We don’t all give our kids fizzy drinks . And why o why do hotels switch off the hot drinks for evening meals . I don’t drink alcohol or fizzy drinks , so what do we drink 🤷♀️. Tried to book late check out on line weeks ago ! Technical difficulties every time , so tried at the hotel . “ Come back at 8am on departure day so we can see if there is any available rooms “ Do you not have an idea how many guests are due 🤔 Odd ! Tried that , didn’t work either . When you have a young child and don’t fly till the evening , not good . Reception staff not really friendly . Would I go again ? Nice hotel , but no

We just came from there and we loved it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Beautiful hotel with stunning view. The food was great and enough drinks were always available. The staff was really friendly and ready to help. The entertainment was also great, specially for kids.I appreciated the visit to Porto de Mogan, was a free shuttle from the hotel to there.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay were this hotel has an accessible listing on google. my wife has neck and spine issues and is an electric wheelchair user. This hotel although amazing and spotlessly clean. With friendly staff and lovely food. It is not all accessible for wheelchair users. The pool is beautiful but it has no steps into it, my wife could not get in the pool safely or independently. There are 3 main lifts in the hotel which are not very big and the narrow doors make it especially difficult to enter and exit the lifts. Many guests were concerned with the lifts as the closed very quickly and the movement from floor to floor was controlled on the outside of the lifts.Lastly externally of the hotel the road has a steep elevation, there is also no wheel chair access to the beach at the hotel. We found getting around in Porte Morgan much better which is 10 mins away by taxi. We recommend choosing a hotel in Porte Morgan

Reception, checking in was diabolical. We got a taxi to the hotel and the coach arrived while we were trying to check in. The issue was that the Receptionist was trying to flog the premier drink package!! The entertainment was dire, except the piano man who played known songs and allowed some moves on the dance floor. Overall we enjoyed the week away, but will probably try a different hotel next time

We went as a couple in February 2022. Weather, food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired, but on the whole I would say this is a solid 4* hotel. Can't comment about the evening entertainment due to COVID restrictions. I found the music by the pool restful. I would say if you want a quietish holiday, then this is perfect. We will definitely be returning! I doubt you will find views so beautiful anywhere else! Thank you to all the staff who work so hard.

This was a fabulous Hotel, food was good, staff lovely, swimming pool pretty, plenty of sunbeds, if I was being picky I would say that some parts of our suite were a bit tired but it was huge and the bed and pillows very comfortable.we spent New Year here and the Gala dinner etc was amazing.. I would give this hotel 4.8 out of 5.

Nice hotel. Nice location. However they were short of staff. Most staff was very helpful except the Piano Bar staff. Bartenders were moody and not helpful at all. Beds in the room seen better days. Have you ever get that sinking feeling? Well, try them beds. Sometimes you get forced to eat indoor s due to functions in the place. Who wants to eat indoors while on beach holiday? There was no adults only zone. Try to relax while kids screaming their lungs out right next to you totally ignored by zombie parents. Overall nice place. Would I go back there again? I don't think so.

Pros:- Very clean rooms- Enough dining options- When we visited, there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool- There is a nice private beachCons:- 4 hours before departure to the airport, my iPhone was stolen from the locked luggage room! For a 4 star hotel you would expect better security!- The elevators often have malfunctions and the waiting time for an elevator to arrive can take up to 15 minutes. It's not nice to have to walk up 18 stairs.- When the food is just served, it is very tasty. After that it gets very tough and you don't want to eat that.- The cocktails are made with a juice machine, this was very disappointing.

Honestly...a week is perfect here but anything more and you need to book trips. The all inclusive is.. Very samey... The staff are nice but if its a special occasion, apart from a complimentary cocktail, you will get the same treatment. Wouldn't honeymoon here but would have a little get away.

Hotel is very clean and tidy, staff are very helpful especially the reception. Food is plentifully and a good variety for everyone, does get a little repetitive at times but that is all-inclusive. The biggest down side for this hotel was the air-conditioning which was very poor and the evening entertainment which was non existing ( this may of been because we found out that the island was on the highest covid alert). Sleeping was very uncomfortable due to the lack of air-conditioning.The area itself is in a little bay in Taurito which has a black sandy beach but please be warned ⚠️ the sea and its under current can be very misleading and extremely very dangerous.Overall would I go back to the Taurito Princess, probably not due to the quietness of the area and the hazards of the beach.

+ Environment - View from the hotel and nice surroundings, clean rooms, very kids friendly+ Restaurants and beverages - most of the food is absolutely delicious, long period of serving food, queues for drinks and buffets are not too large as at other all inclusive hotels we have been+ Staff - hard working and polite, funny and kind animators and great evening entertainment like live music+ Activities - close aqua sports like water scooters, inside rental cars with good prices, the hotel offers a lot of games like table tennis, darts, archery, aqua sports and so on- Need radical reconstruction - Elevators doesn’t work almost every day, electricity and lights with bad connection, water below going out below toilet and from the shower; Slow wifi (even the paid ones)- Better hand over information - We heard “you can’t” like twenty times (but all people are doing it around you), like being at the pool after 6 PM (next day there were people between 6-8 PM whole the time) smoking at the pool, taking the inflatable bed to the pool, go wet there, going for food 3 minutes after their deadline, parking for a few minutes at the hotel) - discounts and benefits heard from other companies.. there should be a list of rules, recommendations, and benefits and highlighted marks; Someone stole our quick-drying towels at the pool, so maybe some security recommendations into the mentioned recommendation list- More English friendly - Almost no one doesn’t speak other languages than Spanish (except managers, receptionists and some animators) and sometimes we had a feeling that they just don’t listen and just guessing what we want more than poor English, Activities are mainly in Spanish- Restaurants and beverages - Required reservations for dinner outside on Friday and Saturday evening that doesn’t make sense, since half of the tables are empty, there are only hotel guests and there is a super large queue for inside tables; Staff at the restaurant share their stress when they are under the pressure on customers sometimes; The most disgusting juice I have ever drink, burgers and pizza tastes a bit un-fresh, water tastes like from the sea

Only one spoilt it was the lifts, odd ones kept failing to work. Making getting to the floor you want a little awkward. Food was as good as I remembered. Had a great meal for our golden wedding anniversary.

Absolutely stunning service, perfectly clean bedrooms everyday. All the staff is friendly and filled with positive energy. During all breakfasts, lunches and dinners there are plenty of choices including vegetarian and gluten free. Hotel is family friendly, but if you decide to come here alone, you're sure going to enjoy your stay here too. Hotel is also situated 1 minute from the ocean, which is convenient too. Hope to come back again!

Room ok. Swimming pools poor. Insufficient seating in nice areas as not allowed on the grassed areas. Food choice restrictive. Too many children for us so really noisy and disruptive right up until we retired to bed. Mealtimes not enjoyable due to noise. Seating areas in main hotel very echoing. Lifts rubbish had to wait ages at times. Sited in a nice area. Good walks. The chemist in local area only provided alternative therapies, no drugs.
