Lovely hotel great food excellent choice, room good and cleaned every day. Entertainment OK. Spa excellent fitness centre excellent. Would have been a 5 star review but reception staff not very friendly and ignored a slight issue we had with our room. We asked them to sort a problem (no bath towels left after used ones taken and we had to ask them again 8 hours later to sort it.) Also we were a party of 2 couples, when both couples checked out and said thank you and goodbye there was no response whatsoever from the receptionist: no smile, no thank you or no greeting of farewell. Rude last act after staying at an hotel does not encourage customers to return.

So lovely to be back here. All just as special. The staff are lovely, delicious food, great activities. Wonderful location. Lovely other guests!Just disappointed by the set dinner sittings. Either 6pm or 7.45pm

Check in was very efficient, room was clean and well laid out, no tea or coffee facilities 🙄, only 1 restaurant, this operates on 2 sittings, 6pm and 7.45. The food overall was excellent for a buffet restaurant. Outside facilities are good, hundreds of sunbeds, they are allocated but 75% remain unused. There is a pool snack which serves drinks and food. What really give this hotel the edge is the spa, without doubt one of the best spas I have been in, again kept spotlessly clean. The hotel supplies pool towels which can be hired for free by leaving a refundable deposit. They can also be changed for clean as many times as needed during the stay. The hotel is in a good location with lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The beach area is at the back of the hotel and very easy to get to. Check out was just as efficient and cases can be stored in a separate locked room until your ready to leave. We enjoyed the holiday so much we rebooked the same hotel on our return to UK.Would highly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive always smiling and cheery. The spa is fantastic, we loved the salt pool, so relaxing. The solarium is a great size with a lovely refreshing jacuzzi, changing area and shower. There is a good selection of food daily. We were there 10 days and enjoyed every meal.We visited in the winter and found that the guests were definitely of the older generation, average age 70. Mostly German but some other nationalities too.The evening entertainment was not great but I can't say I have ever stayed in a hotel that has had great entertainment.A fabulous hotel for a chilled put relaxing holiday.

Just home from an incredible All Inclusive stay in this beautifully located hotel. The highlights for us were the pool, the oasis-like garden leading down to the beach, the gym, fantastic inclusive Spa facilities, and the direct access to the beach. Our room, first floor sea view, was both comfortable with enough storage and clean. We were initially given a room facing the construction site, but upon request they let us move to another, more quiet room facing the garden on the 2nd day.Our leaving time was in the early afternoon and we were assured we could keep our bands on and be able to use everything as before including drinks and lunch right up to the time we left. The only criticisms we have are the noise coming from the construction site (which the hotel really can’t do anything about), and a bad smell and noise in the bathroom. We notified reception about the smell and they had somebody have a look at it. The smell was less noticeable afterward, but unfortunately, was just as bad again on the day after. Also, my partner felt that his mattress was a bit saggy and on some days there were few non-seafood options at the dinner buffet.Despite these minor issues we still had a great time and can definitely recommend the hotel to other couples.
Just got back from our honeymoon here. We stayed in room 831 ocean view bungalow at approximately 22:00pm. The hotel reception was welcoming but did not explain the exact location of our room which meant navigating the hotel at night and in the middle of a packed evening for entertainment. We eventually found our room. As we have just recently been married we were greeted with a bowl of fruit and some wine to enjoy, which was appreciated and a lovely gesture. The second day came and we explored the hotel. It's big and spacious and very well kept. It's clean and the staff are always on the move. There are things to enjoy and relax. The outdoor pool was refreshing and the Indoor pool was very relaxing, especially with the different jets you can have! The food was really nice. There is a selection for all tastes and the staff work hard to make sure you are comfortable and have drinks etc.The entertainment was varied and mostly centred around singers of some kind and i must say that the age demographic for the entertainment was mismatched. The location itself is stunning. Situated right near the beach, it feels like a beautiful getaway. Beach is clean and the temperature gets very hot. There are local shops situated locally and they have all you need to get through until you get home.My wife and I had a really nice time and consider this hotel/holiday to be the best we have been on. There are alot it negative reviews however these are just nit picking at small issues which can be resolved.Would love to go again one day and would recommend to anyone..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just home from an incredible All Inclusive week in this amazing hotel.Firstly, the hotel was spotless! There were staff going around cleaning and polishing all the time. The highlights for us were the fantastic inclusive Spa facilities, location, pool bar, the direct access to the beach, and the choices of food. There was sooo much food for all tastes!-The pool, which was never overcrowded, and garden surroundings make you feel like you are in paradise.-Our room, third floor sea view, was both comfortable and clean, with the option of having a daily spruce up, and clean towels. There are tall trees but you still had a fairly decent view of the sea. And it was so close you could lay in bed and listen to the waves.-The staff work incredibly hard, and obviously keep long hours as you'd see the same ones breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening drinks. It does seem some prefer the Germans more, and it's quite obvious with their service....but overall they were polite and friendly, and they did what they were paid to do.-As with most hotels, the entertainment isn't great. You see the same tired acts doing the rounds on the Island....but they have theme nights. Ours was a Neon Party in the pool bar, and it was brilliant. This location is more suited to older or more relaxed people. If you want to party then stay up the road in Playa Del Ingles or Maspalomas. However, the regular bus service there is cheap, clean and right across the road. It's a 5 minute journey. Taxi is approx €6.Our leaving time was 19.45pm to come home, and despite previously reading that the hotel cut your band off at the 11am checkout, this was totally NOT true! We were assured we would keep our bands on and be able to use everything as before, right up to the time we left. We were able to safely store our luggage, and book a room in the spa to shower and dress ready to leave. Big thanks to Fatima in the Spa...what a lovely, helpful lady.My only real criticism of the whole week was the allocation of sunbeds. On paper it's a great idea....but in theory it is a nightmare. Seeing tags on beds and those beds hardly being used(some not at all)....yet new people are turning up and not able to get one. The lifeguard definitely has his work cut out.By the way.....best waiter EVER....Leo!! He's brilliant and we loved listening to him sing whilst he worked.

Amazing hotel, with brilliant staff and a gorgeous atmosphere of the people here in general. Supermarkets are close to the hotel which is brilliant. The area that the hotel is in on the island is very good as it isn't too busy and has that quiet and calming vibe about it.The hotel itself is very clean and the food is to die for as whether you use the restaurant or the pool bar both have a range of different food from different areas of the world and Spain itself. It would have been nice if they changed the food menu in the pool bar every week so we didn't have to eat the same food everyday.I would definitely come back here as it is an adults only/all inclusive hotel with people who come back here time after time. When it comes to the weather it has been boiling, however the hotel has made sure that the Aircon in the rooms is on full power which you can adjust and with the pool they have made sure that the temperature is kept cool. The hotel has activities all throughout the day that you can just show up for, however the staff that worked on the activities need to know what they are doing as when we did archery the rep didn't know how to play and got a lot of people annoyed. Also with other activities some reps didn't even show up at the alloted time which got a lot of people annoyed. The good thing about the activities is that they didn't leave any sharp objects out like darts and archery, however other activities like shuffleboard or table tennis they didn't leave any equipment out for people to play/practice so that was annoying. It would have been nice if there was some announcements around the hotel when activities were starting or what was happening in the evenings. When it came to the all inclusive drink availability most alcoholic drinks were included like wine, beer, sangria, cocktails, and other spirits, however would have been nice to try a varied collection instead of the same list each night. When it comes to the Evening entertainment we only thought that a couple were good like the Black and White acrobats but other performances need improvement. They did have occasional stalls put between the restaurant and the bar which sold you a variety of gifts to take home and also we have a fashion show near the pool. Those sale people weren't pushing you to buy anything which was a breath of fresh air.

Went on holiday here with my Girlfriend. I thought the hotel was lovely and the food was good! The location was quiet and the hotel allowed you to tag your sunbeds which was good. Personally I would of liked somewhere with more going on! The evening entertainment was only about an hour or so long and once finished, it felt as if we were being ushered out of the venue. This was about 10PM.On the roof there is a solarium with an amazing view and Hot tub! Make sure you keep plenty of sun cream on though as it very much catches the sun!! Also be warned there is a nudist section, I would avoid that!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay!Room review:We had a sea view suite with a hot tub; we found the hot tub, lighting and safe not working. As a result, hotel promptly moved us into an alternative suite further down the complex. Our shower did not drain well, causing a mini flood. Again, the hotel acted promptly and cleared it all up. The hotel next door is undergoing renovations but given our room location, we did not have much noise disruption.Location was good; we were facing the ocean side, and there was about 70% privacy from other guests and the ocean front, but our suite did not have a door on the side, which meant anyone can walk onto the terrace/hot tub area for access. Our room had a small TV with local spanish/german channels; no access to digital apps such as Netflix/Disney. Bathroom was spacious and plenty of room with a walk in shower w/ rainfall attachments, as well as, a hand held shower. Plenty of toiletries and given 2 sets of robes and slippers.Bed was made up of 2 single beds pushed together, comfortable linen and 2 pillows for a good night sleep. Room service came every day to clean the room and the hot tub.Iron and ironing board was provided for a deposit, but the iron was leaky. Tea service was also provided when asked; the tray came with kettle, cups and tea/coffee/sugars for use.Food review:Breakfast and dinner are buffet setup. Breakfast was the same options every morning; English and continental options available, with fruit bar. Dinner varied every evening, but the options were limited to European style cuisine (heavy seafood options) rather than international options (indian/oriental?). Likewise, dessert was the same options every night, so for a long trip, it did become repetitive with the food choices. For lunch, the pool bar was an excellent place to relax, eat and drink! Canarian/spanish dishes that were excellent inc gambas, canarian potatoes, calamari and the beef on the hot stone. Some alcoholic beverages were not included as all inclusive, so a fee was payable at the end of stay.Entertainment review:Spa area was clean, spacious and many options available. 7th floor contains the nudist bathing area and hot tub with panoramic views of the area. Treatments were an additional cost; partner did a 60 min massage but he felt that it was overpriced and not feeling very relaxed at the end of it.We both enjoyed the indoor pool, deep sea salt bath and Turkish steam room :)There was an outdoor seating/smoking area with pool/snooker tables - fun vibes! At the other end, there's a gym with equipment available for use. Behind the bungalows, there's an outdoor chess set!Dotted around the blue lounge chairs, there were seating areas to sit and talk - very cozy feels! Evening entertainment featured live music, karaoke and dance. There's a small library across the reception area, and a digital zone to access the Internet. There's a car rental across the road from the hotel, but luckily we rented ours from the airport (topcar), which worked out cheaper. The hotel does not offer any sight seeing tours; these will have to be made online or via other providers and most tours depart from Las Palmas GC.Overall:A great stay; hotel was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Beds were comfortable to sleep on and very well air conditioned against the hot temperatures outside. Plenty of local hotspots for walking and beach outside was amazing for bathing/swimming. Excellent customer service from the staff 🙂 Would come back here again!

Asthetically the hotel was very good. Many other things were not. With the exception of the ladies who cleaned the bedroom, the staff were fairly miserable, didn't engage and seemed as if they really didn't want to be there.Reception desk staff were not at all welcoming, unless you were German, in which case they fawned OTT!Rediculous method used regarding sunbeds - you had to attach a ticket to them with your name and departure date on it. Once on there, it couldn't be removed, as it was attached with a cable tie. If the only beds available were in shade or a long way from the pool, you were stuck with them! Most of the waiters were German and didn't seem to understand English. You are not able to pay cash for anything within the hotel and it's booked to your room to be paid when you book out. There is virtually no signage and you are not given a map to help you navigate your way around. The dining room is comfortable but the food was not brilliant and every meal was self-service. Coffee was not brought to the table and the coffee machine was often had a queue. Butter wasn't near the bread, semi-skimmed milk was separate from other milks and in a different container. You had to wear a wrist band for the entire time, denoting whether you had full or half board. I could go on and on about the negatives! The spa was excellent - once we had found it, as were the staff there.Overall - disappointed. I wouldn't go again or recommend it.

Just came from Bull Costa Canaria 2 days ago and everything was fabulous. Great things:1] the staff (ALL of them super super great!)2] the fact that the sun loungers are tagged with your name for the whole stay. This means not having to wake up early to get one (that idea has been the best ever!)3] beautiful gardens4] fantastic location5] very clean6] great restaurantThe only thing we didn't understand is why there is a step between the toilet and the room. This can certainly be dangerous (especially at night!).We'll go back. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff for your excellent job!!!

Arrived into Gran Canaria Airport at 21:15, with it being 22:30 before we cleared the airport. Passport checks, (very efficient, smooth and fast) Covid check, (long, slow queue), Private transfer queue (slow due to 4 planes landing close together). Arriving at the hotel at 22:50, we were greeted very professionally at Reception. What, where and how was explained in detail, including Covid requirements and we were then politely escorted to the restaurant for a late cold buffet. The late buffet was well laid out, varied and water was available if required. Having checked that we knew where the lifts to our room were, we were left to dine and relax. Very professional and helpful welcome.Having travelled extensively, we consider ourselves well versed in differing standards of 4-5 Star hotels, so an excellent welcome from the hotel. Our room was easy to find as directions given and signs were straightforward to follow. Large, sea view, fresh and clean, smart, well laid out with plenty of hangers and storage space in the large wardrobes. Comfy mattresses and extra pillows completed the touch, including a fridge and daily bottles of water. Duvets were also available if needed. Good WiFi throughout the hotel and grounds. We digested the paperwork concerning Covid restrictions, hotel information, etc, and still had space for a cooked, tasty breakfast. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes in the various dining sections, cooked or cold as required. The food is standard 4 Star level, except for the desserts which are well done. Melt in the mouth sponge cake, (simply adorable), real flaky pastry with a light touch and other small luxuries to tempt a guest, the chefs and kitchen staff are to be highly congratulated on this alone. Well Done to All!The tags for sunloungers were a superb idea. No more looking for where to find any available or with some permanently empty for days, ‘reserved’ with an early towel left by absent guests. We were helpfully allocated a choice of location from the first day and it was reserved exclusively for us with our tags attached for the length of our stay. Something other hotels SHOULD emulate. Another plus for the hotel.Animation at the pool was enthusiastic, lively and very well attended. A short comment for a lot of hard work.Covid restrictions in force throughout the hotel, although a few of the guests flaunted the rules. For instance, only one room at a time were allowed in a lift, but some guests tried to push their way in and complained about having to wait a few moments for the next one. They simply had not read the rules given them in the information pack or ignored the sign on the ground floor alongside the lift. This information could have been larger and more prominently displayed on every floor. Not the fault of the hotel as such, for some guests will ignore everything, even their own safety. The lifts, unfortunately, were problematic at times, only one being in erratic operation as guests were leaving and arriving on a change-over day, which meant people with heavy suitcases were left waiting for a long time on higher floors. Although at the end of our stay all seemed well with the lifts.Hardworking, polite and efficient staff throughout the hotel. We had a great relaxing time.

Good food, drinks, spa and beautiful garden. Near hotel there is a nice beach. Unfortunately I have to remove a star because there is no possibility to use pool float swimming ring to relax and It is the first hotel/pool I’ve been with such rules. I saw that guests wanted to use it without disturbing anyone but couldn’t.

Chose this hotel partially for its no smoking policies which included no smoking in rooms or balcony. Very disappointed to find we were effected by inconsiderate people ignoring the rules and smoking on balconies. The hotel management and staff don't seem to want to enforce these rules. Also, while most of the waiting staff are very good there are a couple of older ones who are inconsistent and discrimitory.

Since my old hotel had to close down we were sent here which I considered a big upgrade. I would have liked to stay longer.Pros:+ really great food (just look at the pictures)+ nice rooms+ nice lounge and chillout area+ beachview+ open and light flooded gym (though a bit much cardio compared to strength)Cons:- slow and not always reliable internet -> ofc you can pay for more which is embarassing considerung every hostel offers this for free- only a the bar was open for lunch time which is very limited in it's offers- closet in the floor instead of next to the bed- no water refill -> you always have to go to the bar so if you run out of water in the night and forgot to get a bottle you will stay thirsty -> How about a deposit at the reception?!- no self-service or self-refill for drinks -> sometimes I had to wait really long for my drinks- if you care about the enviroment, which they do tell, then why use one-way-cups instead of recycable cups?Sum Up:A mostly pleasent stay with some minor flaws.

Stayed at this hotel in February 2020 and we loved it. Very clean hotel and gardens/pool area. Staff very friendly especially bar & restaurant staff, a special mention to Jorge & Macarena for such friendly service. Room was of a good size and very well kept, cleaned every day by friendly maid. We were on 2nd floor overlooking dining rook and pool area with sea view. Food was great quality and loads of choice at every meal time. Hotel is in a fairly quiet & very tidy area and the superb gardens lead down to a very clean beach which is accessed via an electronic gate using your room key card. Hotel has a great system of issuing you a tag which you put on a sun lounger of your choice so you keep the same lounger throughout your stay-no need to rush down and place towels on loungers before breakfast. However if you spot better ones that become available when guests leave, you can remove your tag and select another lounger for the rest of your stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to return.

Great hotel, quiet location, staff so friendly and helpful, room very modern and spacious and spotlessly clean (had sea view room). There are different kinds of rooms, from bungalows by the pool, bungalows with jacuzzi near the sea and rooms in the main hotel with sea or side sea views. Food is buffet style and there is a big choice, maybe not top notch quality but you will definitely not go hungry and there is something for everyone, (food 3 out of 5) even gluten free choices. The hotel has a tagging system for sunbeds which you are allocated with when you check in and these tags are clipped to your sunbeds for the duration of the holiday, so no getting up at 6am in the morning to put your towels on sunbeds, it's a great system. My one criticism is that the safe in the room is not free and there is a charge, which was surprising as I have stayed in many hotels and there was no charge for a room safe. This will not put me off coming back andguests have come back time and time again and I can understand why. Will definitely be back.
Super hotel. Super services from everybody. Great animation team. Fun place to be. Next to the beach as well. Nice city on walking distance.
