<\/div>First of all I cannot praise enough the entire staff- reception(what a smooth check-in! with everything explained so smoothly) pool bar,restaurant along with the housekeeping.Hotel rooms very clean and\u00a0 very spacious.Food - delicious 😋Food will never disappoint you! Nothing will! Table service for the drinks - breakfast,lunch and dinner. Appropriate dress code was in place for the restaurant which was brilliant and is lucking in many other hotels.Drinks- didn't feel like all inclusive! Great selection and they were properly made. All the soft drinks included those for alcoholic cocktails were in a glass bottles which was outstanding.No \"all inclusive \" bracelet in place instead room contacless card.Pool area- even though on the pictures looks pretty small compared to capacity of the rooms it isn't. PLENTY of sun loungers with clean! mattresses . Plenty of parasols.Everyday staff was wearing clean pure white shirts - man waistcoats too,even pool area guys were having white polo tshirts and they uniforms were so presentable.Beds- super super comfy!We had a late flight and some snacks were waiting for us in the room which was very thoughtful.The restaurant and pool staff was brilliant- very friendly with the guests,children and on top of that so professional. <\/div>Booked a family room. Stayed in room 402 and 630.Avoid this hotel at all costs. This place is an absolute scam (zero sea view) and nothing like what is advertised online. Fake sea view AI pictures!!!The furniture looks like it hasn\u2019t been replaced since the 1950s \u2014 old, damaged, uncomfortable, and completely outdated. The sofa might seriously brake in room 402. The whole hotel feels neglected and falling apart. Air conditioner did not work in room 630.The balcony lights didn\u2019t even work, so sitting outside at night was impossible unless you wanted to sit in complete darkness. When we complained, nobody seemed to care. The staff were unhelpful and acted like these problems were normal.The breakfast was terrible. Low-quality food, poor hygiene, and honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I\u2019ve ever had. After eating there, I ended up with a stomach ache for the rest of the day.This hotel charges tourist prices for a place that feels cheap, dirty, and badly maintained. The photos online are completely misleading. Save your money or don't book through TUI like us and book somewhere else in Gran Canaria. The town Mogan is awesome.Positive points from this place: room service, Aileen from the mini club and the servers from the restaurant are really kind and considerate.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Spend a week for a much needed rest vacation. All in formula. I've visited a lot of hotels and I have to say that Sandy Beach gave me very good vibes. The hotel is very well maintained. The food was fresh and tasty everyday (Bravo to the cuisine)! The staff was exceptional. All professional and above all friendly! <\/div>The good things were that the pool was very varm, the bed and pillows were good and the meat served at the buffe was also really good.The bad things:- the hotel was totally wrong for people afraid of heights. To get to the rooms you had to walk on the outside of the hotel which was really high up and only had a superlow fence which i'm sure isn't as high as standards say it should be. We couldn't even get to the spa because of the horrible heights.-The \"do not disturb\" sign hanging on the outside of the door blew away due to heavy winds. Our door was opened by staff on two different occations despite having the sign up.-Our room wasn't clean when we came, dirty floors and dirty balcony and balcony furniture. And the toilet was NEVER cleaned during the entire weeks stay and neither was the flushing button. The hotel has got good cleaning ratings and I absolutely cannot understand why! When public spaces was cleaned you could see the dirt even tough the cleaning water hadn't even dried on the floors.-at the buffe you had to wait for a server to suggest a free table for you to sit at, then you had to wait for another server to take your drink order. It would have been so much easier, and less waiting, to find your own free table and get your own beverage.It was also so much waste, for example if you wanted coffe you got a pot, not a cup, and they gave you a can of milk without asking if you wanted that. Same with the tea, you got a full pot of tea with two teabags in it.The bread at the breakfast buffe was always rock hard which made it inedible.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Very nice hotel, I'm disabled and they looked after me very well. Seeing as I had a bad experience at the airport. My 4 wheel walker got broke, either on the plane or at the airport. They arranged for me to buy another walker, and was delivered the next day. <\/div>7 day all inclusive stayThe hotel\u2019s location is fantastic! There\u2019s a shop right across the street that is 50\/50 for price but this is external to the hotel, and the beach is just a 5-minute stroll away with shops and restaurants including a McDonalds. Although you can see and hear some of the night life it did not disturb our stay. The rooms were lovely, and most importantly, super clean with daily maintenance. The only thing we\u2019d tweak is the pillows\u2014they were a bit too soft for our liking, but that\u2019s just a personal preference, and you\u2019d get a million different opinions on that! We really loved the walk-in shower and the dressing room layout; it was a 10\/10! There is a mini fridge in the room which was very helpful keeping the drinks cool and a safe which we did not use (as we didn't know there was a charge for this). On arrival we were greeted with complimentary fruit bowl, two waters and red wine in the room. The views were great and we didn't experience any issues with noise levels even though we were right above the kitchen and kept our balcony open throughout our stay.The food was also great. We only went out for two meals out of the 21 we had, as we weren\u2019t feeling the theme that day. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and there were tons of choices\u2014you\u2019d need to be a food snob not to find something you liked!The service was absolutely wonderful, with very pleasant, funny, and tentative staff everywhere. The only thing we\u2019d improve is that sometimes the service was a bit slow. It wasn\u2019t the staff\u2019s fault; it just seemed like whoever was on was working so hard to maintain the area they were in, making it tough to fill the gaps between busy floors. Even though the staff were super busy, they always took the time to have a little joke or conversation, and no request was too much! Lucaz and the gentleman with the fancy ring that opens bottles were particularly memorable!Sandy Beach nailed everything to make this a fun week away, leaving a great impression that we\u2019re already looking forward to coming back. We had 4 rooms and the overall experience was consistent across our party (and different floors). <\/div>First time on the island and not disappointed in our choice of hotel. Room was nice thou would of expected a better view for a junior suit. Service was outstanding by all staff, they attended to your ever need without fuss. Food was very good, good range available and very tasty. Shame the entertainment was sometimes quick and finished rather early which then made us go out to other entertainment in the local area. Overall a great location and great hotel, we have already booked for a longer stay next year.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Very attentive and friendly and kind staff at every single location within hotel.We would like to mention Alyssa Verno, Dominic Grundmann and Amber Vandesande and say thank you for their dedication, kindness and attention.Excellent food selection including of meats and fish being grilled at your request, soups at every meal time, fantastic selection of salads and souses and freshly prepared desserts. Bakery is fantastic, best fresh bread you could find only here.Rooms are with balconies and shower rooms are comfortable, being cleaned and towels changed every day. <\/div>This trip was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. Let\u2019s begin with the hotel \u2013 it was absolutely nothing like the photos. In reality, it\u2019s ancient, the furniture is ancient, everything is ancient. Every bedroom window and balcony faces the inner courtyard, which means you\u2019re treated to the delightful sound of clattering dishes from 6 AM onwards as the staff starts their noisy routine, effectively becoming your personal alarm clock every single morning. Fancy some fresh air by leaving your balcony door open to enjoy the ocean breeze? Don\u2019t bother \u2013 you\u2019ll still be woken up by the relentless cacophony of clanging dishes. The beds and mattresses? Decrepit and unbearable. The pillows? Equally awful. Turn on the air conditioning, and it sounds like a jet engine in your room all night long.The food:I've never encountered such a pathetic excuse for a meal selection anywhere in the world. The choices are laughably small, and the menu changes only every three days, and even then, barely by 10%. By the end of a week, you'll be dreaming of eating something, anything else \u2013 but good luck with that. Even the restaurants in Playa Del Ingles are disappointing, offering mediocre food, terrible service, and absurdly high prices. Honestly, the quality of food here is an insult.The service:The reception staff are polite and helpful, but that\u2019s where the decency ends. Everywhere else, the service is downright disgraceful. Particularly in the hotel restaurant, where most of the staff are incredibly rude, especially one woman \u2013 an older, approximately 50-year-old Asian lady \u2013 whose rudeness was so astonishing that I was left wondering how someone like that even keeps a job. It was beyond shocking.Amenities:There are a few sunbeds by the pool, but not nearly enough, and the ones they do have are uncomfortable and falling apart. The beach, which is supposedly \u201cclose by,\u201d still requires a 6\u20137 minute walk, and while there are sunbeds available there, they\u2019re not provided by the hotel and come at an extra cost. And, surprise, they\u2019re also terribly uncomfortable.Entertainment:The evening programs are a joke. Boring, outdated, and utterly lifeless. You\u2019d need to be drowning in alcohol just to muster some kind of enjoyment. Total boredom.If I could rate everything I experienced at this hotel, I\u2019d confidently give it a 1 out of 10. Honestly, even a 2 feels generous. Save yourself and stay far, far away from this disaster of a hotel.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Don't stay here if you're British!After previously staying at the sister hotel Seaside Los Jameos in Lanzarote, we were very hopeful for this trip. How wrong could we have been! From the start of our trip I genuinely feel that as Brits we have been treated as second class citizens during our time here. From check in the man who checked us in was very blunt and rude and our request for late check out was quashed instead we were being asked to pay another full day! We have noticed other guests checking in (non Brits) being greeted with handshakes and champagne. We certainly didn't get this treatment. I have been all over Europe, and can certainly say this is the most abysmal we have ever been treated. Onto the bar service especially at the pool bar. Trying to get drinks here is mission impossible. Bar tenders were actively skipping over ourselves and attending to the Germans before hand even though we had been stood there for a good while. Bar tenders were also prioritising guests that gave tips over already waiting guests. For the cost of this holiday and previous experience in Lanzarote I expected much better service than this. Onto the food, it has been very hit and miss some items have been amazing however some have been sub par. My partner chose some roast beef for dinner and it was still running around! As for the rice and peas, why can't they be left alone as rice and peas, why do onions and peppers have to be added to everything, non with any allergen info on the cards. I also make note of the jets in the pool not working when pressed, and lifts being rickety and old and doors getting jammed when arriving at certain floors. Needless to say huge disappointment and I believe a genuine waste of hard earned money. Sorry Gran Canaria we won't be seeing you again!<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Firstly reception staff was absolutely amazing, they were welcoming always had a sense of humour always made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had.We had room 508 and my sister had 509 which was amazing because she booked later than us. The rooms where stunning and the views from pool side to sea view OUTSTANDING 😍restaurant was amazing you can sit outside or inside and staff always knew where we wanted to sit inside or out. Food was absolutely amazing different cultures every night. Again staff in restaurant was amazing.This holiday was for my mum's 65th birthday ( belated ) and when we entered our room there was Cava, birthday cake and little other bits on arrival this made her trip even more special.The location of the hotel was on point 5\/10 minutes walk to beach, 5min walk to the supermarket and about 10\/15min walk to yumbo centre.I literally did not want to come home at all. <\/div>This is an absolutely fantastic hotel.We stayed here for a week in mid-August with our two teenage children, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.The staff are excellent, from the reception team who greet you on arrival to the many restaurant, bar, and pool staff who look after you during your stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff all seem justifiably proud of their hotel. Most are multilingual, and communication was never an issue.We booked at the last minute and stayed in a 'superior' room, which had a good-sized bed, chairs, and a TV. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was extremely powerful. The room also had a dressing area with clothes storage and a large mirror, which was very useful. Like almost all of the hotel's rooms, our balcony faced the pool area with its gardens and many palms, which was lively by day but peaceful at night.The hotel benefits from being a short distance from the beach with its nearby bars and restaurants. It's only a five-minute walk to a large sandy area, but that's far enough that you're never disturbed by those choosing to party into the night. The beach itself is nice, with hundreds of rentable sun loungers, although the price does seem to vary from day to day. The beach is extremely safe, with a nearby lifeguard station. The tide goes in and out very slowly, and you have to go a long way out to be out of your depth, making it good for children. The only downside is the sheer number of people on the beach (thousands unless it's overcast). If you prefer space and quiet, you'll need to travel further down the beach (about 1 km) to where the crowds thin out. There are several busy 'clothing optional' beaches in the area where naked bathers happily mingle with the crowds. If this bothers you for some reason, be careful. There are no signs, just lots of people with nothing on.The hotel itself has a number of \"FKK\" areas (Freik\u00f6rperkultur\/nudist) on the upper levels. This bothered our kids before we arrived, as they seemed to think they'd be surrounded by nudity. This absolutely isn't the case. The floors are marked in the lifts, and the only place you're likely to encounter naked people is in the wellness centre, where swimwear is equally acceptable.As many people have commented, the quality of the food is excellent and varied. There's a huge selection of fruit and vegetables available with every meal, as well as pasta, sausages, cooked vegetables, and various cuts of meat. Hard to fault. We didn't have a single bad experience, and even our grumpy teens struggled to find things to complain about (and they really tried).We went all-inclusive, so made extensive use of the pool area most days. The bar here is really nice, and the staff very friendly. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, and one thing that stood out to all the Brits there was smoking. The vape \"culture\" of the UK hasn't affected Gran Canaria, and a lot of people smoke old-school cigarettes (which cost about \u00a34 a packet). The smell of ashtrays and smoke is really noticeable as soon as you step out of the airport and is a constant feature around the pool. It didn't bother me, but I know some people find it hard to deal with.The only real complaint I have is how long it takes to get served in the entertainment lounge. The lady working the bar was unbelievably fast and never stopped moving for a second, but simply couldn't keep up with the orders, meaning it took a very frustrating amount of time to get served.Overall, we loved this hotel, and I'd happily come back here or recommend it to others.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>One of my favorite hotels in playa del ingles. I stayed for 7 nights (all inclusive) and I have to say: I just wanna come back 😍!I had a room on the 9th floor with beach view. The rooms are very clean and the equipment was very comfy. The Restaurant and the Pool\/Bar are my most visited places and I really enjoyed every moment. It seems that everything is has a touch of the AIDA concept, so well elaborated for an excellent experience!For evenings inside the hotel you can enjoy and watch a flamenco 💃🏻 show or live music with nice drinks 🍹 at the restaurant bar.The offer for breakfast\/lunch\/dinner is just awesome. Different types of fresh vegetables\/meat\/fish and even a grill 🤤.Further positive points:-gym-sauna-fkk rooftopThe hotel guests are mixed in age but I would say in general 30 years and above.✅ But next to all of this and my main reason to come back: the service and the employees! <\/div>We have just returned from a week away at Seaside Sandy Beach. Overall a decent experience with more pros than cons.With us being in a party of 12 I expected us to struggle at meal times to sit together, however the staff reserved the same table for us for each sitting inside the restaurant which was great. Similarly sitting together around the pool, we had no real issue with getting the sunbeds together provided we were up early to get them. I imagine in the height of the season these might be an issue but the hotel wasn't particularly busy.In summary........Pros:Food - can't really fault the food throughout the week. Lovely meat, fish, salads, pastas.Rooms:Although slightly dated, cleaned well each day and the beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were spacious with a walk in dressing room. Decent shower too.Location:Good location, only 5mins walk to the beach front with numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc.Pool:Lovely pool, quite small but due to time of the year wasn't crowded at all. Two small kids pools and the adults pool was great.Entertainment:OK for adults, variety of acts performing either around the pool or inside the bar.Cons:- Air con although it worked, it was poor.- Pool side was extremely slippy and saw numerous people fall and hurt themselves throughout the week.- Access around the hotel with a pram was very difficult as there are plenty of stairs to navigate.- Safety deposit boxes in 3 of the 4 rooms we had didn't work. (Rectified in 2 of them 3 days in).- Kids Entertainment pretty none existent although the girls tried their best.- Few rude guests that were constantly que jumping at the bar.Although I've listed some cons, none of them would put me off returning and a nice week had by all.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

Lots of variety for even my fussy son. We ate almost every meal during our stay in the hotel. Cocktails were good and lots to choose from, draft beer was really nice. Renting the jacuzzi was SO worth it and one of my favourite day's. Location is perfect and I look forward to returning to Playa del Ingles, and I wouldn't ever consider staying and were else. The food was great quality and whilst there was always the staples like salads, chips, pasta etc, every night was a different country speciality. We went All Inclusive so not sure what the price was or whether it was value for money. The beach was literally 5 mins walk so excellent position. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops along the beach front as well. Only negative with the hotel was sunbeds.... always enough available however pool side was a premium. The old issue with people who placed a towel on a bed at 0845 but never used it until 1500 ... just wish there could be an hour limit or something which the hotel could enforce. Overall though great hotel and facilities. The acid test is whether I would go back... definitely.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Have just returned from the Sandy Beach after a one week stay. The service at this hotel is exceptional. Even in the soaring heat, all the staff were fast, efficient and polite. The food is high quality too, with many options at all meal times. Dinner always had at least three different carvery options. There were other meats and three fish options cooked freshly in front of you as well. Also an array of salads, breads, cheeses, hot buffet and sweets... I could go on..Location is good and it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and various shops, bars and restaurants.The rooms are spacious and were cleaned every day.Outside the pool is not huge but it was adequate, even though the hotel was very busy. It is heated to the perfect temperature too. You could stay in all day...I would highly recommend this hotel and we will be going back again as soon as we can.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Our holiday started off by getting a basement room, when we were promised a sea view room. For extra 150\u20ac they of course upgraded us when we already paid 1400\u00a3. Our room was not cleaned for straight up three days, even after complaining to reception, the receptionist told us they don\u2019t have room service (a German guest later told me that they indes offer it, I guess they were just too lazy to bring it up to us), we had a kettle in our hotel room, but never got any tea\/coffee. For the safe you have to pay extra. Our AC was not working on 28 degree weather 5 out of 8 days we were there. The beds were uncomfortable, along with the ran down duvet, and flat cheap pillows. The bathroom had a cheap shower head installed that sprinkled everywhere it wasn\u2019t supposed to. The food for breakfast is also not worth it at all to get, and we didn\u2019t even bother with lunch\/dinner from the bad experiences with breakfast. For the spa, even the jacuzzi they they so highly advertise you have to pay for. Laundry is 8\u20ac per shirt, instead you ask I\u2019m for the key and do it yourself, just don\u2019t iron anything, because the one that\u2019s chained up in the basement laundry room burns your clothes, and you can\u2019t fill it with water. For a 4* hotel, they must\u2019ve gotten the last one an eBay auction, or just blatantly lie about being 4*. I stayed in hostels that are nicer and more up to date than Seaside Sandy Beach Hotel. Do not bother with this hotel, as it\u2019s DEFINITELY NOT worth the price you pay.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Returned yesterday from an 11 day stay at this wonderful hotel . My wife, who is partially disabled, was treated with the utmost consideration. A table was reserved for us close to the buffet at dinner without being requested. Different theme nights ensured that the menus were varied with something for everyone. Our Superior room was comfortable and spacious. The beds are the most comfortable I have experienced in any holiday hotel. The swimming pool was warm, clean and .large enough to accommodate all who wished to use it. However access was difficult for anyone with a mobility problem. A good programme of activities was available everyday. Everywhere the hotel was clean and well maintained. We have decided to return to this marvellous hotel again.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>We spent 16 days here, it was a enjoyable experience but definitely could have been better, we will not be returning. The location is great only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The accommodation was comfortable and clean( only found 2 cockroaches in our room). The food was good with a reasonably good choice however it tended to repeat to become monotonous. Only one swimming pool which is fairly small if you take into consideration the size of the hotel. I was disappointed in the service the waiters and waitresses tended to ignore the Brits and pander to the Germans, in fact the waiters second language was German and all the signs in the hotel where in Spanish 1st, German 2nd and English last, also if you want a lounger by the pool the Germans start queuing about 08-10 waiting until about 08-40 when they have cleaned the area as put the mattresses out then allow you to place your towel on the bed to claim your spot there are additional beds on the top veranda but you will have to walk down the steps to the pool, the pool is heated so is never cold but on hot days it was too warm and was like getting in a warm bath. The entertainment was mediocre and repeat weakly but I don\u2019t find this unusual as the acts just did the rounds in the same hotels in the area. We only went half board which was a good choice for us personally as we don\u2019t drink much and after a substantial breakfast we skipped lunch as it wasn\u2019t included a lot of people we spoke to said the drinks were watered down anyway. We did speak to some people who were returning for a second or third visit. but valve for money it was average but that is only my honest opinion you obviously may have a different opinion. It was my first time abroad and we flew with Jet2 who arranged the transfer to the hotel where we arrived around 1am and the man at the reception counter was so friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with the computer so we couldn't get checked in straight away but he kept us chatting until the system loaded and we were soon handed our key card and made our way to our room.We were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruit and bottled water when we first entered the room, which considering we hadn't ate since the airport was a very welcomed gift.We stayed for 10 nights and had breakfast every morning (we opted for half-board) which was a buffet style with such a vast selection of foods from local meats and cheese to a traditional full English breakfast. The service from each of the staff in the restaurant, both waiting staff and chefs, was undeniably perfect. Every morning we were greeted with a welcoming Hola!The evening meals were also something we found ourselves looking forward to where each night was a different themed buffet (Spanish, Mexican, German, French, etc). Again the food served was incredible, the staff continuously aware or everyone and making each person feel welcomed.We found ourselves only using the pool a couple of times due to travelling around the area however each time we were more than happy. The size of thr pool allows people not to feel cramped together and that you have your own space. It's also a heated salt water pool which is definitely something we enjoyed.We found ourselves enjoying the nightlife of Yumbo almost every night, so we were returning back to Sandy Beach within the early hours of the morning (ranging from midnight to 5am) and each time we had such ease with accessing the hotel either through the main reception or via the side entrance (requires a room key to open the door).Finally, we cannot praise the location of this hotel enough. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, if that, where you were right by the main strip on Playa Del Ingles with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Again, only a short 5 minute walk up to Yumbo meant that we had access to everything only a small walk away.To each of the staff we had the pleasure to meet, thank you so much for such an incredible holiday. <\/div>This place was a little gem in a way, but think it could do with a bit of updating....I was totally shocked by the amount of German patrons , plus the amount of DOGS allowed to stay with patrons.....Also , think the location and operation of the Air rifle shooting need to be re- looked at...( Rifle handling is a disaster waiting to happen !!!- plus chances of a recoiled rebound of a pellet makes it totally dangerous in my experienced opinions....Some of the Restaurant Staff, were top rated- but some were a bit rushed and hasty , i presume tho, that the amount of dinners per sitting can be quite busy....The room was constantly serviced , with fresh towels daily , and the Room did seem large enough for a Couple to stay in comfort....Being called Sandy Beach is a bit misleading, as its a good 300 mtrs walk to the Beach .....What was a nice touch was, the laying on of a Cake and Fizzy Wine, as a gift 🎁 to my Partner on her 50th Birthday....plus the Hot tub Terrace is lovely , with the Loungers and free Fizzy wine and fruit supplied in the Terrace Fridge - which has plenty of room to keep self provided snacks\/ soft drinks etc , well an advantage for the 12 hrs (10am to 10pm- usage time)- for a cost of 60Euros....1 little grumble was , the constant bump\/ clunk of the traffic on the Street facing roadway, which was heard quite a lot...but all in all, it was an enjoyable stay - learn a bit of Spanish and avoid the sellers of tat on the beach\/ strip, and you could have a great stay in the Gran Canaria resort...<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

The first impression is always so important and the reception staff were fabulous. Our room on the 9th floor had sea view, lots of sunshine throughout the day. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Clean towels supplied every day and the room cleaning staff work really hard. Endless tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room + a coffee machine. We didn't have much time to watch the TV but it received BBC1 BBC2 ITV Ch4 Sky sports, sky news and several other UK channels. The restaurant area was lovely, lots of outdoor tables, excellent breakfast and the half board option is worthwhile, the food on offer and restaurant staff are fabulous. A good selection of live evening entertainment. Great pool area and three naturist terraces, comfy sunloungers with padded cushions. We must not forget to mention the night porter who we had a nice chat with every night when we got back. Not a lot more to add except for; this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Gran Canaria. 100% from start to finish. Highly recommended.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Seaside is only the name, not the location. Hotel is about 500m from the sea. Typical 4 star hotel. Rooms are comfortabele and clean. Breakfast is extremely good. Swimming pool towels are provided in the room and can be changed daily. Despite the requests, many beds are claimed early in the morning. Best time for breakfast is around 08:15. Small parking area in front of hotel. Note that the entry and reception are on the forth (4) floor. Fitness room on level 3 (muscle training), running and cardio on nine.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Excellent hotel. Food and drinks are exceptional. Very good choice of food everyday ranging from freshly cooked fish meat and a large variety of salads. Room are exceptionally clean and hotel it spotless. All staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for them. Pool area is very clean and swimming pool is lovely. We will definately be revisiting again.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Absolutely NEVER COMING BACK! Me and my family were staying in the hotel for a week and we have never seen such lack of care in the F&B department. They served mold on manchego cheese and served it again the next day. Not to mention some of the staff were barking and meowing at my little cousins at one point. ( we are Asian) What adults even do that?! The food was absolutely mediocre. We were always served drinks when we were nearly done. The lighting in the hotel is just so dark in some places. Honestly the only good things we\u2019re the receptionists who always were happy to help and did help and the program team who were doing activities with the kids. Genuinely disappointment and not worth ANY penny. I hope they change whoever is in charge of F&B. Absolutely a disgrace to the hospitality industry.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Seaside Sandy Beach is the first place we\u2019ve stayed at in Gran Canaria in our first trip this year and I couldn\u2019t be happier with our choice. Loved the pool and their garden. We got to relax a lot and enjoyed the sun and their delicious cocktails by the pool bar. The buffed restaurant has such a huge diversity of dishes and every night they\u2019ve had a different cuisine and some live music to accompany that. It was such a lovely atmosphere, familiar and super cozy. Our room was at the last floor and the view was spectacular from over there. Also loved the Moroccan accents in design at the entrance and the lobby area. Sandy Beach is such a nice place of chic, luxury and cozyness. The perfect spot for a very relaxing vacation in Gran Canaria.<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div>

<\/div>Stayed for a week beginning of February.The hotel was in a good location,5 mins from long Sandy beach. The food was excellent and the Hotel was spotless. Staff very helpful and were given a glass of fizz on arrival.Only fault we could remark on was the smoking areas were very close to non smokers in the dining areas.It was our first visit to Gran canaria would certainly return to this hotel.We booked through jet 2holidays and were told that they have their rooms on the second floor only, the rooms were very spacious and had big balconies, only downside being they overlooked a busy road which was quite noisy.Of course we were told we could be upgraded to a pool or sea view at 28 pounds per night, .<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\"js_loader\"<\/div> \n
