We've had a great stay at H10 Meloneras. In May the hotel is not very crowded, so there are plenty of beds and towels available around the pool area. The restaurant offers a large variety of dishes and some of them are freshly prepared. Also, the staff is very friendly.

I arrived at the hotel for check-in with my husband and my 14-month-old baby and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to assist us. There were several empty tables, and the staff were staring at their computers as if we weren't there. Eventually, I approached the desk and asked to check in.Another unacceptable issue for a supposed 5-star hotel (which I would rate 2.5 stars at best) is the lack of an elevator in the parking area. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs—terrible! When we finally got to our room, it looked like we had paid for a bus station hotel. Everything was very old (the previous 4-star hotel we stayed in was much better). In the restaurant, there's an older waitress with short hair who picks and chooses whom she wants to serve. I noticed she only served tables that ordered wine, likely for tips. This was very unprofessional. The next day, I went to the baby pool, which is supposed to be heated. The pool was ice cold, so I couldn't even take my baby in. At night, it was impossible to sleep due to the unbearable noise. I couldn't wait to leave this place. The only polite staff were the towel attendants and the housekeeping staff, who were always smiling. The rest seemed underpaid and dissatisfied. The worst part was at checkout. The receptionist obligatorily asked, "Was everything alright?" My husband responded, "No," and she didn't even bother to ask what went wrong. I found this very poor. The least they could do is ask, "What didn't you like?"In summary, I will not return. I genuinely don't know how this hotel managed to get a 5-star rating. Terrible!

Nice hotel with pleasant friendly staff. Food in buffet was fresh and plentiful, children might have a problem if they like things like chicken nuggets.

Just back from a 6day break and we can’t moan about the staff location of the hotel or the facilities. All staff very helpful polite attentive.Good choice of food however like the entertainment aim towards a German audience.Only downside for myself as a smoker couldn’t smoke on our patio, understand public areas around pools but this is the only hotel in the canaries haven’t been allowed in own area.Would we stay there again, yes.

The overall building was very nice! When you come in everything is explained to you very clearly in detail. The restaurant is of the best quality! Surprisingly, there aren’t a lot of people, so there’s a lot of room in the pool. The afternoon sporting activities are also very nice, Ale and Paula do a very nice job with that. Overall a nice time!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my dad’s 60th. It did not disappoint. The hotel was peaceful (we stayed mid April) and wasn’t overcrowded. One of the highlights of my stay was getting involved in the daily activities organised by Blue Team. Janice, Alian, Paula and Ale were all fantastic, lovely people.I was worried about how my gluten intolerance might affect what I could eat during my stay but was reassured on our first night at dinner. Chef Castaño was amazing, very accommodating and helpful. He would surprise me with a range of gluten free desserts he had made especially. Thank you ever so much.Gustavo (Kermit) had a great time too.I do hope to return soon. Thank you all again.

Fabulous hotel with fantastic facilities. Only criticism is that the buffet style meals were not always hot. Difficult to achieve when serving spread over three hours
Brahim at the bar is amazing when ever I need something he always gets me a drink and always goes out his way to help me and my family. The service was great at all the al a crate restaurant the gaudi has out of this world food with all of the waiters are very attentive. This hotel is my favourite mind my funny selfie at the bottom

This is an excellent hotel. Nice enough rooms (we went "Privilege" ) having had a 'soft' refurb. Main buffet restaurant was good, but both the Gaudi and Brasserie restaurants were disappointing, so much so that we ate elsewhere. The food was quite simply bland and not as expected considering the fuss made over it in the hotels and tour operator's websites (we were with Tui). The grounds are a real delight once you found your way around....they are massive! The whole place is MUCH quieter than nearby Maspolomas which is much more touristy.Evening entertainment was in my view poor. Cheesy singers re-hashing classics.I also found there to be only limited indoor sporting facilities....why no table tennis? And why, if they mush charge 2euros for a single game of pool (very penny pinching in a 5* hotel!) can they not a: re-cover the tables and b: get them level! However, despite the grumbles we had a great time and would consider going back.

Amazing hotel. Great service. Fantastic food and wonderful selection and variety. They made a huge effort for St Valentine's Day. We were all inclusive and our group of six were very impressed.

Impeccably maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed our stay and only the shower in the bath - no walk in - disappointed. Free secure parking a bonus. The all inclusive included cocktails and decent spirits but was very limited with the wines. For the price charged a better range of better wines required. Staff excellent and we would recommend. Very old rooms, nice staff - way too expensive for what this hotel actually is. There are much better options for a similar price in this area - any other 5* hotel will be better!Because of the partially mediocre food, I deducted another star.

Staff all exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient. Vast area, need to find your way round as it's across different levels.Bedroom was large and airy, garden room. But bed was lumpy and hard, not 5 star quality, same with bed linen and towels. We did not have Privilege but were all inclusive, but impossible to eat anywhere except buffet - breakfast and lunch we're good, evening meal was OK but repetitive and unimaginative, not 5 star, more like a big noisy cafeteria. We ate out a couple of evenings at some great local restaurants.Pool towels - one each no exceptions! And only from the spa which meant you had to traipse across the grounds and downstairs to replace, why not available by the pools?? Again not what's expected at a 5 star hotel.Access to spa was included, lovely facilities and plenty of towels! Reflexology massage by Lana was excellent. Staff always friendly.Very clean, well maintained, the lovely staff made it a pleasure, but there were a few grumpy staff particularly in the buffet, need to improve dining arrangements and treat guests like they're at a 5 star hotel.

We came to stay for 10 days for the new year. This hotel is not suitable for children 🚫 The food isn't children friendly. The children's pool is too cold and the infinity pool is warmer but children are not allowed to use this one. Overall nice location but I feel there would be better hotels for the cost.I will not be returning.

The review is considering the extremely high price and 5-Star rating. For a 5-star hotel, some of the things being offered are a joke. The service, especially during breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was sometimes appalling. We had a disagreement with one waiter and the next day other staff members mentioned that their colleague told them about us and what we did. Are we in highschool or what’s going on? Just childish. Some of the waiters were simply rude. Everything done by the staff told us that we are not welcome or I guess we weren’t paying enough for friendly service? The rooms and location are very nice though. Just avoid the restaurant. Or better, choose another hotel.
It takes a little while to get used to the layout but once you are it is fine, and your daily step count will thank you.Amazing buffet, lots of food choices. Very close to the beach, and the pools are brilliant.Highly recommend the location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing time.

Update: Fantastic response from the hotel to my review. I feel valued and my feedback heard. Great to hear they do accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests with special plates.Firstly: the negative reviews referencing the noise from the nearby club can now be ignored as the hotel have won legal action case against the club! This hotel is now a peaceful quiet retreat.Full review: An interesting hotel with multi-level layout. Nice sized rooms. Good pool options including an infinity pool. A decent spa with professional massages available. Very friendly staff. An ok activity schedule. An evening entertainment every night of varying quality (all external act bookings). Pretty much everything was great. The beach is a very short walk down some steps. The nearby town is a pleasant 20min walk along the coast. The only negative for me would be some of the food in the evenings was not great, in that it was clearly rehashed food from previous meals. Sometimes it was overcooked, or it just wasn't very nice. Don't get me wrong, most of the food most of the nights was good - especially the freshly cooked griddled food, or specialist meal of the evening; for us this was (changed each day): roast pork, roast turkey, build your own fajitas, build your own kebabs, and a whole salmon. If you're a omnivore you'll be fine but you won't enjoy the veg most nights. If you're a vegetarian you'll struggle, if you're a vegan I genuinely don't know what you'd do >> Update: The hotel's reply confirms you can ask for special plates. Be sure to do this ahead of your stay or on arrival.

Had a great week here, the food, the staff, the service and the location were fantastic. The rooms extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. While we did not visit any of the a la carte restaurant, the quality, the range and diversity of food in the main restaurant were very good and certainly as expected of 5* hotel. Many pools to choose from and nightly entertainment pretty good. Highly recommended and a big thanks to all in the hotel and we make sure we will be back.

It's not a 5-star experience, but that's some what expected given the price you pay. I'm not sure what criteria must be met in Spain for a hotel to gain 5 stars, though their standards would fall short of many other European countries. They force men to wear trousers at dinner jn the hotem which really is a little much in 30 degrees of heat. Also, why force men to wear trousers when there are no restrictions for the ladies. With all that said, we enjoyed our stay here. The food was quite good in the self-service restaurant, and standards were high in the fee paying restaurants. The pool areas and the hotel in general is very nice, the building exterior is very striking and uniquely styled. It's located in a quiet area beside a shopping centre in which half the area is closed but there are some great restaurants and bars within if you can get over the eerie emptiness. Staff in the hotel are mostly very nice and quite helpful if you have any issues.

Unforgettable family stay at this amazing resort. We grandparents, our son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren aged 6 and 2 thoroughly enjoyed it. Probably the best resort we have stayed at. Rooms, surroundings, restaurants, the beautiful pools, yes everything was spotlessly clean. All the staff were from start to finish friendly, welcoming and very service minded. None of us wanted to leave. I can only give this resort the best recommendations.

You won't find a better hotel. Location, service, food, rooms all first class. It takes a day or two to get your bearings but it's such a wonderful place that it makes it all the more engaging. Can't fault it. Definitely a hotel we will visit.

We have just returned from a great 10 day all-inclusive holiday with the family at the H10 Meloneras Palace in Gran Canaria. I can not fault the hotel, the staff, the amenities the entertainment and the food in the restaurants. All were first class. The beds were very comfortable and the sleep quality excellent. The rooms are a little dated but there is a refurb process under way. The variety of food on the buffets was extensive and the chefs amazing….the presentation of the food on the buffets was superb. If you prefer fine dining, waiter service there are two speciality restaurants that are available. They were available for one meal during the stay but if you opt for ‘privilege status’ then you can visit them at any time during your stay. There was no problem with sun beds although the pool areas got busy at the weekends with an influx of local Spanish families. Interestingly there were many superb Bali beds but mostly left empty. A few years ago you couldn’t get one for love or money. I would highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning. p.s.The children loved the ‘mini club.’

Great food, friendly staff, quality drinks. Special thanks to the following employees for making my engagement dinner and holiday extra special:Samira, Africa, Maryorpe, Alejandro. Please, one request, update your ridiculous and outdated male only dress code for dinner. I saw teens in basketball jerseys and shorts, women in yoga pants and cheap club dresses, and you were making adult men suffer in the heat with long trousers. It makes absolutely no sense because some guys just wore pajama bottoms, so what's the point? Other than that, great experience and thank you very much.

Six of us stayed all inclusive for 7 nights in this wonderful hotel. The food is very good, the service equally excellent and the amenities are top notch. The whole place is very clean and cleaned regularly. We got one free meal at the a la carte restaurant which was refreshingly different to the usual, and again service was impeccable. If I had one complaint it’s that the gym is not air conditioned, that makes workouts very hot! Otherwise we would absolutely return in the future. Not too far from Meloneras town centre with a beach and shops. 5 star hotel deserves a 5 star review!

Dear management of H10 Playa Meloneras Palace, Dear mr. Houben and team,As a reviewer of a prime travel company in the Netherlands, I had a delightful stay at this remarkable hotel. At first I experienced trouble with the room and services, however Yves Houben listens with attention to his customers, understands the problems and comes with adequate solutions. From that moment, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. This is one of the most important aspects of a true 5-star hotel.H10 has a great leader with Yves Houben on board!Congratulations to the team of Adriana for Gaudi and Samira for the Naturalia restaurant. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the exquisite dining options available with great staff. The food was not only delectable but also creatively presented, showcasing a blend of local flavors and international cuisine.Speaking of location, this hotel couldn't be more perfectly situated. Nestled in the heart of Meloneras, it offered unparalleled access to the iconic landmarks and attractions. The panoramic views of the sea from the infinity pool were perfect. It was a serene oasis. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Impeccable service, delectable cuisine, unbeatable location, and top-notch facilities – this hotel truly confirms expectations. One request to management, please reward Yves Houben, the team of Adriana and Samira (teamleads of Gaudi and Naturalia restaurants) for their exceptional service. People are more important than the food and facilities.Kind regards,Dr. R. Yadav

So my stay didn't start well, one wing of the hotel is opposite a noisy night club and the sound insulation in the room wasn't great, I was kept awake by the music until 2am. After complaining, I was moved the next day, however it turns out all the staff (so I assume the booking agent knows as well) know about the noise and the hotel is taking some form of action to get the music turned down. However until that is done those rooms shouldn't be let. I did feel like I'd been taken as a bit of a fool. I did ask to see the manager but he was too busy, so I spoke to the customer services, which was a bit like banging my head off a wall, they just weren't interested. I invited them to make some sort of amends for what they had put me through, but they were just not interested. So to be balanced the outside spaces, pools and the gym are very good, the pool and room staff were great, however some of the dinning room staff treat you like an inconvenience. On the whole, my week was spoilt by some of the staff and the noise issue on the 1st night, so I wouldn't stay here again. There are plenty of better places to stay.I think it's a bit dishonest to know their is an issue at the hotel and not tell people before they book. With regard to your reply below, I don't accept your apology as it is meaningless and hollow.

We had an amazing week at this hotel! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Although we stayed in an old room, we were informed that the hotel is renovating and new rooms will be available soon. The pool areas were big and beautiful with a stunning view of the garden and the ocean. The hotel is located in a great area with clubs just at the doorstep. We would like to give a special shout-out to Zvonimir the entertainer who made our stay so memorable. He was so caring and professional with people he was born to dealing with guests. We wish him all the best in his future career at the reception desk.Karima the bartender was also lovely and made our stay so pleasant. She is a great asset to the hotel. The night shows were below our expectations, but we suggest that they should improve by having better singers and singing popular songs. This way, people can enjoy and sing along. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Exceptional hotel in terms of location by the sea and the gardens. The cleanliness of everywhere , quality of the service and great food. The friendliness of staff including Gerardo and the reception team. The Blue team combine fun and activities through the day. The yoga and Aqua gym was most enjoyable and a good work out. Thank you Zed and Janice for the friendship during our stay. We loved our spa day too and treatments. This is our second visit and my wife and daughter will return here again in June.

Our suite is really dark. No lights on the ceiling, and this dark is very frustrating. The food is second class, very far from high quality. Kids are absolutely not welcomed. The child pool is very cold, to the spa is not possible to go with a child under 16, and the kids club is always closed. With a child better to choose an other hotel. Most of the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Fernando in the bar, Zed the Croatian (animator?).Minibars are not refilled everyday, so we had to buy water in the shop. (We are in all inclusive)The photography is extremely expensive. They ask 310 euro for 60 pictures in digital formatSometimes we have bad canal smell in the bathroom.

Its our second time here and we stayed 7 nights. It was another fantastic spring break for us. Our daughter loved the Daisy Club and we had our much needed rest as parents. We highly commend Enrique of Tablada Restaurant who made sure our table is prepared in the morning and dinners. We absolutely love Janice, Elizabeth and Naomi who patiently entertained our daughter morning and afternoons at the Daisy Club. We missed Zed!And Brahm who served us the best Almonds for cocktails, thank you!Husband and I gained 5 pounds each because of the delicious dinner we had every NIGHT. Did I mention that they serve Champagne in the breakfast buffet? The rooms are great! Comfy beds and very clean. We can't wait to try the new rooms next year.We are counting the days till our next trip to Gran Canaria and H10 Hotel. Thank you for another unforgettable vacation.

I stayed here with my family in mid January, all inclusive. The service received by all staff was great- in particular, Gerado was so accommodating during check in and Katerina and Zed from the entertainment department hosted great classes and were so enthusiastic and friendly. The rooms were clean and the buffet food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety. The bar offered a good selection of drinks and every one we encountered gave such good service. The only slight criticism I have is that the décor in the rooms is a little outdated. The entertainment in the evening was varied and entertaining- classy and not so cheesy. The hotel has more of a mature crowd, so it was very relaxing which is good if you're looking for peaceful getaway. I would definitely recommend this Hotel!

Karolina was full of enthousiasm, her instructions were very clear and she coped really well with the different nationalities. We found this holiday to be very nice, the rooms felt a little dated but the rest of the hotel was very nice and bright. The hotel was very clean and generally well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in all of the restaurants were very nice, we ate in the a la cart restaurants most days.I would recommend you upgrade to privilege if you can, you seem to get better positioned rooms, access to all of the restaurants and the lounge.I heard some people complaining about the loud noise from nearby restaurants/clubs, but we never heard this noise at night - maybe we slept with doors closed with the AC on.

The highlight of the hotel are the animation team (sport offers + mini club), who are always happy and hard working, planning a lot of fun activities with adults and the kids. The other service staff are also all very nice and the hotel is in general very clean. The hotel service plan is however very confusing. Drinks (even water and soft drinks) are excluded from the meals, making the dinners/lunch extremely unpleasant with long waiting times to order drinks and several bills that you collect throughout the meal, which needs to be shown each time to the waiters to order a new drink.

This was my first trip to this hotel, a 10 day winter holiday with my daughter and we couldn’t ask for anything better. The room was very comfortable , with a terrace outside, and spotlessly clean . The only issue was some loud music from the local beach bars which went on until very late at night at the weekend.Everyone was very friendly from the cleaners , restaurant staff and especially the fitness class instructors Eva , Maria and Zed, I loved the variety of classes . The various pool areas were very peaceful , and never appeared crowded despite the hotel being fully occupied . Overall an excellent holiday .

Nice hotel, a bit old but good. It really depends on where you get the room. We've booked a suite, and it was very dark. All suites are located in the corner of the building, the terrace is big but enclosed and has almost no light. Because it was a long stay, (14 days), they were very kind to relocate us to the top floor after 4 days as soon as it was available. If you don't have a roof above the terrace, it changes everything. So I'd definitely recommend the top floor. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food is reasonably good and the level of service is great. I usually choose H10 hotels when possible because they have excellent price/value ratio.

Our stay was lovely. The children’s club reps and entertainment were fabulous and our kids were huge fans of all things Daisy club! The food was lovely, and the service in the restaurants was equally good.We rarely left the hotel as the facilities were great. The shopping centre nearby is a little rundown but everything you need is on site - the spa was also fab.We had some issues regarding baby changing - the baby changing facilities are only available in the female toilets meaning my husband had some difficult conversations with the staff when our son needed to be changed, including a waitress who asserted that “the mother should be changing the baby”. But that didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful holiday.

Have been to this hotel a number of times when the kids were 9 months to now when they are 9 years. Each time the staff have been amazing. Zed and Janice in the kids entertainment team are phenomenal and remember all our names each year. Marta and her restaurant and bar team are brilliant and so accommodating (we had a party of 14 all eating together this year). The rooms are perfect and cleaned to a high standard.Would certainly recommend this hotel to families of all ages.

Not one day or night in the restaurant was lacking in choice freshly cooked or on plates or the traditional buffet style. All drinks branded staff members go above and beyond to keep the relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay .DJ on the infinity pool side in the evening was just chilled out and everything brought to your table saxophone player was great doing a variety of mix new and old music very chilled out great guy.The night entertainment was great top level. The cleaning of the hotel staff the unsung people who keep everything in your room spotless would say morning and always friendly and helpful and if you have the sleep card in the door they would leave a leaflet saying that call the reception and they would clean it to suit your needs. In all the best hotel that myself and family have stayed in anywhere can't fault the service or place.

The location is perfect and the hotel and facilities are very good. The staff are all lovely and very attentive, especially Maria who takes her time to talk to you about your day and get you to join in the activities. The activities throughout the day keep you entertained and are lighthearted and fun. Overall a great hotel and experience

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff are all attentive and the food is far better than the usual all inclusive fayre. Do not hesitate in coming here. The only thing I would say is that it is a quiet hotel with lovely entertainment on the evening but it’s not really for children as there is only a small childrens group for v small children. No water slides etc. we love it

We have just completed a week’s holiday at the hotel. The only word that sums it up is Fabulous. I can honestly say that every aspect of the hotel from start to finish is flawless. The restaurants are absolutely first class, in fact the issue is, anywhere else you go wouldn’t be better. The Gaudi is Michelin star quality. Superb. The waiting staff lead by inspirational leaders like Marta and Angela don’t miss a beat. Nothing is too much trouble, service is on point and as I said below, you won’t want to go outside the hotel as it’s the best around! The pools, the sundeck, all of it. World leading. Note, we did upgrade to privilege, so we did have some enhanced aspects, but at all levels this hotel, it’s team members, facilities, location and overall experience are without exception fantastic. A majority of people we met were returning guests and I can see why. This is one for the calendar, every year I hope. I could go on and on, but you’ll have to go to experience it for yourself. Thank you to all the team at the hotel, you made our holiday and our memories.

Very nice 5-star hotel. The location is quite remote, but there is a nice (stoney) beach in front of the hotel. Pools are very big bug could be warmer. Rooms are nice but look a bit dated. The food is 10/10, no complaints.

The hotel was great, my only concern was the food did not meet my expectations. We had the all inclusive package and the food provided was just a bit dull for me. We often had to dine out, which is ok but I would prefer that to be a choice rather than being forced to eat elsewhere. I expect due to the size of the complex, this means the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the lighthouse. Where most of the action takes place. Again not a huge issue but also not easily accessible if you wish for something quick etc.

We stayed here for 3 night with all inclusive in a suite. I already live in Gran Canaria so it was a last minute break for us.We really enjoyed it here, the pools are very nice and it always feel quiet enough to relax. The meals at the buffet restaurant were good, but I think they drastically decrease the quality of foods used for breakfast compared to lunch and dinner. The staff are all very nice, the only issue with them was that they almost always gave us an alcoholic drink when we asked for non alcohol, but it wasn’t a problem as they would replace them when told them. The location of the hotel is nice and quiet on the quieter side of Maspalomas. It’s perfect for me because I hate crowds and night life but for others this may be disadvantage.the beach just below the hotel is very nice too.

This is the best hotel we have visited anywhere in the world. If you choose All Inclusive it really means it. The food quality and choices are far superior to any cruise ship and the staff cannot be faulted. The location is quiet but a short walk along an esplanade takes you to Maspalomas where there is plenty of activity. Every evening there is a show and there is something for everyone at some time during your stay.

We had the most amazing trip with our child. My husband and I were able to relax while our child is having a great time at the Daisy Club.Zed, Janice, Victor and Noemi where all fantastic child minders and group leaders. Everyday, they had different activities ranging from crafts, sports and culminating with the kids disco with Daisy. They kept all activities fun and engaging for the children and even for us parents. You can really sense that they are well trained in handling groups of small children. The Hotel itself is amazing. We were treated with great food everyday and the staff are all hospitable. Rooms are likewise great. We loved the pillows and we slept soundly at night after a relaxing day by the pool.We would highly recommend H10. If you have kids and longing to have that me-time with your partner or spouse, this hotel is the best place to go to. You can relax and have the peace of mind that your child is enjoying the vacation as well.

We stayed for 1 week as a whole family in 3 rooms including all inclusive for all. Overall we had a great time and the food was nice, restaurant staff was top claas, always nice and helpful.I must say the rooms are far away from 5 star and the whole resort is looking a bit outdated, especially for the price it charges.

Large hotel with clean rooms, good bathroom, good beds. Many swimmingpools, nice view at the sea. Good restaurants to choose from. And they get an extra * for the feeding places and beds for stray cats! ❤️ First time I saw a hotel do that. Applause!

Nice hotel, although a little bit old. Overall very good service, and food was also quite decent for a buffet style serving with decent variety. Staying and the ground floor (rooms 1xx) is not recommended if you are sensitive to noise as there is a night club opposite of the road.
5 star hotel with 3 star service. Our room did not get cleaned until we complained about it. Outdated rooms. Slow Wi-Fi. Cold and old food at breakfast. Used an excuse to not wash our clothes. Nice view. Friendly staff. Not worth five stars

Very large labyrinthine hotel with two big pools and various restaurants. Nicely situated facing the sea and Meloneras golf. The rooms are spacious and many but the hotel is very quiet at night thanks to its size. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food offer OK and you can eat outside. Breakfast offer is lavish too. When drunk, beware of the spiky cactus plants who lurk everywhere :o)

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. Although the beginning and ending of our holiday was a real disappointment. We arrived late Saturday evening and were told there would be a cold buffet waiting for us… our party of 7 arrived at the dining room to what can only described as a work house supper. Two tiny bread rolls, dried up ends of meat and an indescribable small dish of salad bits between 7 of us. We asked the waiter who said there was nothing else, therefore we left hungry and in disgust. We have to say, after that our experience in the restaurant was most enjoyable and we thoroughly enjoyed most aspects of our holiday.Fast forwarding to the last day, we were not scheduled to be collected till 8pm, we requested to keep one of our 4 rooms but we’re told this was not possible. We had presumed our evening meal was included but was told this was not the case even though we were guests at the hotel till 8pm. Although we had complained about our cold buffet on the first evening, the reception staff were disinterested and adamant that our evening meal was not included. You expect a higher standard of hospitality at a 5 star hotel! All in all, we enjoyed our holiday and would return.Although one final gripe, why remove towels and personal possessions from sun beds that were left for half an hour when at breakfast when the pool area was extremely quiet and there were plenty of free sun beds?! It was laughable to watch the management patrolling the pool area and it caused a lot of upset for people returning to find possessions removed and sometimes other guests on those beds.Come on H10 management, you can do better!

The hotel is extremely beautiful! The pools are large, the rooms spacious and the common areas well decorated and clean, I had a great time there. What is lacking is the service, especially from the bar! We chose an all inclusive package, and each time we went to get a drink it seemed like they didn't want to serve us. Bar staff were in a bad mood almost 100% of the time, which gave me the perception of not being welcome there. The bar service definitely need to improve so that the experience could be a 5 starts one!

Very solid resort in a nice location.Main pool area is very spacious with plenty of sun Loungers, including plenty of comfy double loungers. Pool was warm enough in winter to swim. Infinity pool was shut for our trip (winter 2020).Food was okay - there was a good selection at the buffet, but some dishes were a bit hit and miss. The highlight was the live cooking where the chefs would cook the meat or fish to your request in-front of you. There was also a good selection of fruit at all meals. The real stand out of our trip was the Xmas gala dinner that was fantastic with excellent cava and a truly impressive buffet choice. The staff are to be commended for their effort! We made use of the tennis court. It was in good condition and cost 10 euros an hour (including balls and rackets).

I loved this place. A very nice hotel/resort to spend a few nights. They follow Covid rules properly and their buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner has plenty of good food options. Also great cocktail menu. The only "bad" thing is its WiFi is very weak and not very useful for videocalls if you need to do work meetings.

This was our second visit as half board guests. And, like our first visit, i give 5 stars for cleanliness to all areas, professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness of staff in all rolls. Excellent selection of food and drink, immaculate grounds and pools. You can take part in, on site, entertainment, or just do your own thing. From my own experiences i have found that if you, dare to, attempt to communicate with staff in their native tongue they will warm to you.Especially the younger staff who sometimes only wish to use your language as they are keen to improve their foreign language skills.I think in these days of privacy laws i should not name individual members of staff. But there have been many on both visits that have made our stays extra special.Yes we love this place and, God willing with all that's going on in the world, we hope to return in October 2020.
