Quality curry. Customer service was brilliant, food was really flavourful, cannot beat the price or portion size. Family of four visited and we had the veg kofta and mushroom curry, kids enjoyed the food as well as the adults. Anyone looking for a curry outside of their all inclusive then this is the place to go! Great work guys

Small busy Indian restaurant that can do with expanding out. The amount of people who couldn't get a table was immense. Food was excellent and came out relatively quick. Owner was very attentive and gave good recommendations but he was a busy man. Gave the cutlery a quick wipe down before using. We sat outside and the atmosphere was lively with the live singing nearby. One bathroom available that's an ok standard.Lamb Biriyani was nice, we took the spicy lamb curry(forgot the name) that was reeaally nice flavours.Bollywood biriyani was too wet for me.Would be good to label Lamb samosa as the flat triangles and vege samosa as prism (I'm not keen on that type of pastry)Overall was an excellent find in Gran Canaria

Amazing food . The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I would 100 percent recommend. We eneded up going twice in a row it was that nice 👌

Fantastic food. Great service, great value. Was far better than expected. Advice regarding dishes second to none, perfect proportions atmosphere perfect. Would definitely eat there again

Our first visit to Gran Canaria and upon researching local Indians this restaurant came up as a top contender and we was not disappointed at all. Fantastic food & service. The best Indian food we have ever had! Definitely recommend.

Good food but medium spicy is already very spicy. Luckily the owner noticed my struggling and offered me Mango Yoghurt which really helped me out to extinguish the fire in my throat.Very reasonable prices for all the food and definitely a place to come back.

Arrived 40 minutes to closing time. Friendly staff, really relaxed. Were not in a hurry. Great quality food. Great taste. Low price. Only comment (not under their control) is loud music from the neighbours.

Stumbled across this on a stroll, ended up going back for a 2nd night whilst on holiday. Absolutely brilliant food, waiters are very passionate about their food and specials. Flavours and fresh and tender meats!! Highly recommend Absolutely banging!!!!!

Best Indian restaurant I have ever been to absolutely brilliant so gutted we found it on our last night here if we found it on the first night we would of came here every night it was fantastic. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 8 and they catered for us all. My eldest is a fussy eater and had the prawns for the first time ever and absolutely loved them! Highly recommend 👌

Great food and we have been back many times on our vacations out to playa del ingles. Last time we visited, we were told to book for my birthday and they would make a fuss of us because we are regular returning customers. I went ahead and booked, reiterating in our booking notes that we were attending for my birthday. In fact, not only did our hosts not acknowledge any celebration in any way (not even a happy birthday), but we ordered a drink and it was forgotten about. However, we understand they were busy as there was a bigger drunken party that required more attention than us and they really made a fuss of them. I was just a little disappointed that we chose here and didn't quite get the service we had been promised. We decided to leave before dessert and walked to Rimini up the road to finish our evening.The food is lovely in Bollywood, the ambience and surroundings when looking in doesn't look great, but the owners make the most of it and know what they're talking about to give some great recommendations for food off their menu. We will go back, just next time not for a celebration.

We found this place by accident. We accepted the challenge for one of the waiters to choose the food. It was fantastic. Never tasted lamb like it. The only reason for only 4 stars is that I didn't like the afters.

delicious food and great service.its a small venue which could easily become busy. the staff are friendly n relaxed and will happily sit n chat with you if they have time.an added bonus on the night we visited was the live band across the road.another excellent find on a stroll around our hotel, i strongly recommend the kulfi to finish your meal.

The food was absolutely amazing, we had a party of 8 with wildly differing tastes and all of us were happy with the food.The fact that they ask you how you want the dish spiced is a great idea and allows people to customise their dish to their preference.The prawn puri was great with freshly cooked Indian flatbread.The fish dansak was excellent, and I would order this again in a heartbeat.My wife had the lamb tikka which was melt in the mouth and delicious.We also had two children and they offered a decent selection of kids meals as well!I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Wow! Please. If you are thinking of going here, do! Super fast and friendly service and amazing food.We had the Chicken Madras and Lamb Hydrabadi. With some Paneer Pakoras and Chicken Chaat to start. All of the food was piping hot, and tasted beautiful. The meat was good quality. The lamb melted in the mouth and the sauces were very well flavoured and authentic.The staff were attentive and very friendly.I’m from West Yorkshire where we have a large Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi community and I’ve eaten a lot of curry. I’d go as far to say, that this was probably one of, if not the best curry I’ve ever had.Simply delicious and reasonably priced too.10/10!

I highly recommend to visit this restaurant if you like the indian cuisine. Cozy atmosphere and really friendly staff. And the food is stunning. My best indian food experience since a very long time.If you never tried indian dishes before, you should definetly give it a try here. Because if you have any questions you can ask and the boss will give you advise, which dish is recommended for your own special taste.Too bad it's too far away from my home. But when we come back to Gran Canaria island, we will visit this place again.

What a delicious curry. I had the vindaloo, which I was asked if I wanted mild, medium, spicy and "oh my god" hot. I didnt want to try the oh my god one the first time so went with hot and it was perfect. Next time I will be try the oh my god tho. The sauce was thick the chicken was so so tender. It really did fall apart. My girlfriend had the tikka masala which I tried and was lovely. Onion bhaji was great and the tikka starter was beautiful. The service was amazing and very friendly. I cant wait to go back.

Amazing restaurant! When we got their, they were extremely busy, but the wait staff were still very accomodating and polite. I'm gluten intolerant and although the staff were slammed, they done they're absolute best to help me choose menu items that wouldn't affect my allergies! They were able to recommend a few starters that contained no gluten or onions and were able to advise loads of mains that didn't contain them either! They were unaware that Strongbow cider was gluten free, and they thanked me for providing that info as it meant they would be armed for their next gluten intolerant customers! Food was absolutely delicious, can't fault it at all!! Even though they were still very busy, our food came out very quickly!! We ended up having to ask for takeaway boxes as there was so much left over and they were able to oblige with absolutely no issues, they even asked us how we wanted the food packed IE whether we wanted separate boxes or all of it mixed together. Very impressed with the establishment, highly recommend you go here for some properly authentic indian food!

I visit Bollywood Indian Restaurant few days ago.Short review is amazing and definitely worth to visit at least once.Food very tasty and have different choices for different taste. The menu is very easy to understand and gives you a lot of information,staff is very lovely and helpful, if you don’t understand terminology or names, they are there for you, they will explain you and give you good advice.I like that they have different levels of spicy hot , if you don’t like spicy food-that is not a problem- just choice mild - and again if you like hot food they have options for you- which I never try but is called OMG.As starter I had papadons with 3 dips. (Sorry no picture as I was very hungry that day)And onion bandji ( great taste)I had chicken curry( spicy hot) as main and I was well surprised when I had my first bite, first couple of seconds you don’t feel the hot, but after that come to me very gentle, I love it . ( if you like Nando’s hot, so that option is for you too, just small touch hotter)The only downside for me was that tables are too way close, not because of covid or something, in general too close , you can hear what table next to you whispering. Which I find out , that the stuff remember their regular customers, that is really nice and so personal. Keep doing that.And another downside for me personally was the price. But that is my own personal view. I’m not rich and €50 for dinner for two for me is way bit expensive. Probably the owner is well aware of that because after you pay you bill they give you 15% off your next visit.I really want to go back and have one more time good experience of nice and tasty food but unfortunately I can’t afford it.However. Really good place. If you can go and visit- I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing food and service!The waiters were lovely and extremely nice! They got a big tip from us!The food was really really good!We were gonna order Butter Chicken, but our waiter suggested getting the Bollywood Chicken instead as they described it as a tastier Butter Chicken (90% Butter Chicken and 10% Tikka Masala). It was truly extraordinary! Definitely recommend!!We got a few different rices and naans, and they were all super tasty and delicious!!The mango lassie was a little thin but also very very tasty!Regarding the spice level; Mild is definitely mild with no spice at all. I regret not getting medium, so get that if you want a little bit better taste (this is also what staff recommended).Overall it was an awesome experience and i could strongly recommend it!!

Situated across from the very popular mulligans bar, this little gem of a restaurant is a class act. Starting from the waiter and his knowledge of the menu, we started off with some popadoms and chutney, then swiftly followed by chicken pakora which was a delight. On to the main event,,, a vegetable korma which was beautiful and very fresh,, then came the waiters recommendation,, chicken Bollywood! OMG!!! This was right up there with the best curry I’ve ever eaten, asked for it spicy. Ended up cleaning the plate with the garlic naan we shared.. thank you Bollywood for the meal hopefully we shall meet again 😋👌🏻Keep up the good work! 🙌🏻

Brilliant and authentic Indian food. The waiter was so helpful and knowledgeable which is a big help! The madras and saag were both very tasty and well spiced. You can choose the level of spiciness for all dishes so you can get as mild or as hot hot hot as you like it! The starter, chicken puri, as recommended to me by the waiter was delicious also. Highly recommended.

Amazing Indian Food!!!We came twice to the restaurant on this trip and we loved it. Great menu variety, good location right in the middle of playa del ingles.We recommend the chicken mango, chicken tikka, fried rice and the mixed grill. Really delicious! Oh btw also recommend to order the garlic and the cheese nam bread.

Probably the best curry ,I have had ever ! (And I've had a few ) the spices just explode in your mouth ,smell coming from the kitchen was amazing. I have chicken tikka starter and my wife's had chicken pakora and our kids had lamb Sheek kebabs all amazing . My king prawns in my prawn dansak were sweet and tasty and our sons korma sauce was lush . Will be returning . I would say it's a little bit expensive but well worth it for a treat

Been a big lover of Indian food for many years, have tried many different restaurants but none have come close to this one! everything from the poppadoms to the curry was incredible! visited 3 times within just over a weeks visit, 3 different dishes, all were top class! all the staff members are very helpful and friendly! would go back to gran can just to visit this restaurant again! thank you for the experience! 5*

Wonderful and deliciously prepared meals, the owner was affable & great to talk to and recommend the dishes according to our taste - we had a lovely time and managed to try something new. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for good food and not restairants at the beach that offer everything

Best Indian on the island, and believe me I've tried them all. Great staff who make fantastic menu recommendations so definitely let them make suggestions to you.All the food is tasty and fresh with the best meat. They have fantastic naans and onion bhajis which make my essential list for any Indian restaurant.Wether you eat in or take away this restaurant is the islands hidden gem for sure.

We had a really fabulous meal a couple of nights ago. The owner took time to explain and recommend dishes and ask about flavours we like/ dishes we might usually have. His aim to get you to try other things; so for the first time ever I had Madras which I’d never have in the UK as I’d think it was too spicy but I was assured it would be a mild version packed with flavour. And oh boy, it was!! Really delicious. My partner had a lamb dish also recommended by the owner.We will be returning during our holiday to try more new things.Service and attention to detail were spot on. Thank you

The best Indian restaurant i have tried here in Gran Canaria. Great food and amazing service, there staff in there are really attentive and give great advice and information on their dishes, helping you to experiment more with different dishes. It's a must visit while you are here!
